• Pets $500

• Parties or events $1500

• Unapproved late check out $250

• The property has a maximum occupancy limit, and exceeding this number may result in penalties. Please ensure that your party stays within the allowed guest limit to avoid any additional charges.

• Damages - subject to the cost of the item for repair or replacement

***NOTE: The parking spot is tight for most cars. This property, Shorterm LLC, and the owner of the property are not at fault for any vehicle damage caused by the city pole when entering or exiting the allotted two car spots, as indicated in the parking picture sent to guests. Any damage to the house or pole will be at the owner's expense. Please be careful when entering and exiting the spots.
