Our stay was great. The apartment was spacious, VERY clean, with enough comfortable seating for 4 mature adults. The kitchen was big with an actual table to sit at. The bathroom was pristine, actually the the cleanest we've ever had in a rental. Tons of towels!! Parking is easy and the neighborhood is close to everything. We'd come back next time we visit Salem.

We had a great time. We couldn’t have asked for better accommodations. The host was wonderful. The location was in walking distance to Salem. Every part of the stay made us want to return to Salem.

Amazing stay here with my wife and some of her family. All surface were cleaned and neat. All essentials were provided for. Plenty of nice plush towels were available and well as an extra table fan. Only a block away from Danny and Max's house from Hocus Pocus. The host, Ari, was very helpful and provided me all the information I needed. It is crazy how spacious the apartment was considering the location. If you are looking for a 2 bedroom apartment in the area for a visit to Salem, I would highly recommend staying here.

It was very easy to communicate with the host. We found the apartment clean, neat and tidy. It was a short 20 minute walk to downtown Salem. The beds were comfortable. It was a nice touch to leave some fruit on the kitchen table and some drinks in the refrigerator. We arrived late and were able to get in with the entry instructions quite easily. The apartment is on the third floor and the stairs are steep, but everybody in our party was able to navigate the steps although we are all over 70. We all thought the living room needed a coordinated decorative and updated touch. It felt like a cozy step back to Grandma's house. However it served our party well.

The apartment is clean and bright and very spacious! Everything was wonderful from the extra pillow to the food and drinks left for us to enjoy. Ari was so kind and even checked in with us to make sure all was well. Highly recommend and hope it’s available when we visit Salem again.

Everything was clean, Ari was very helpful and check in was great! The only thing I was disappointed in was having to go to 3rd floor. Was a little hard with my arthritis. I don’t remember seeing that in the information on the property.

Great location and very relaxed stay

We enjoyed staying at this property. Ari was very responsive and communicative. We appreciated all the personal touches - snacks, fresh fruit, soap and shampoo/conditioner, in case we forgot anything. Would definitely return!

We enjoyed our stay and appreciated how clean it was and the extras that were provided like the food and toiletries. The beds were very comfortable. The only negative would be how difficult it was to get the door to the unit closed all the way. Other than that it was great!

Ari was a great host. We went in June. The apartment was exactly as described and shown. For us it was convenient and we walked everywhere. There was even water, fruit and goodies left for us which was super nice and appreciated. Ari was super at accommodating our requests. If we are ever back in Salem, we would certainly stay here again.

Great location and host was very accommodating and reachable. Beds were super comfortable. Be warned that the stairs are steep and narrow so don’t try to haul up anything too heavy. Easy walk to town in about 15-20 minutes. Hist left us lovely snacks too.

Unfortunate

My familyand i have stayed in many vrbo homes and been very happy. Never had an issue until this home. Unfortunately, it has colord my feelings about salem. There was an issue that focused very much on cleanliness. We notified the owner and they did respond quickly to try and resolve everything, but my concern is that if the home had been cleaned accurately, they could not have missed the issue. Very sad because the apartment is in a great location. 20 minute walk to main part of salem. It is a 3rd floor home so be prepared for the steep, winding stairs (we knew this and not a problem). Also, if you have anyone tall in your group, avoid this location. The shower is in a location with a significant slant/angle of the ceiling and the shower head is low. I am 5'6" and it fit me perfectly, but my husband and son are over 6 ft. They had to lean the whole shower.

Bucket List Visit

Salem was on my husband's bucket list of places to visit. We found this affordable and cute apartment, conveniently located. It was cozy and just what we needed for this visit. The owner was super communicable and kind. Best overall experience we've had, between VRBO and other equivalent sites.
