Flat screen tv and NEW sleeper couch. NEW king size bedroom with dresser and closet to hang up clothes in first bedroom. Second room offers a queen size bed and dresser. The property was in the perfect location! We enjoyed being able to park and walk to everything. Everything we could have possibly needed was provided. All my questions were answered in a timely manner. We recommend the 8 pm Ghost Tour from Black Cat Curiosity Shoppe. We also did a day trip to Maine and visited Ogunquit Beach and Nubble Lighthouse.

Overall the experience was a plus. There is no on-site parking, you do have to walk to your vehicle. Also the neighbors are extremely loud. Upon arrival the property was clean except for the floor had not been swept. Other than that the host was great and our stay was amazing!

It's a perfect location that's close walking distance to most everything in Salem! While the building carries echos from those in the building, running the fans on the AC units helps. Very nice owner of the apt. and accommodating. Beds are comfy and place was clean. We've stayed in this apt. twice now and it's been a good experience each time.

Awesomely Convenient Location

This VRBO was walking distance from everything. Clean, comfortable and convenient in a beautiful building! The king bed worked for my daughters while I slept on the queen in the living room. My only suggestion would be that the owner add salt & pepper shakers.

Excellent location right in downtown Salem, one block from Essex St. Parking garage was a two minute walk to rental unit. Owner responds very quickly to any questions. The building is located on the corner. You can hear traffic and people talking as they walk by. It didn’t keep us up at night so no real complaints.

Great Stay in Salem

This place was great. It was clean, comfortable, centrally located to all attractions. Great communication from the host, and a great deal for downtown Salem. We'd definitely stay here again.

Great location, house had everything we needed for a weeks stay. Running fans at night helped with street noise. Suggest starting Salem with the trolley for a great overview. Very walkable and really appreciated being able to pop back into apartment in between outings!

Great location in the heart of Salem

Loved the location of this property! Self check-in was smooth, as was using the parking pass for the nearby South Harbor Garage. My only complaint was the noise-level: the walls were very thin and it's a shared building, so there were times it sounded like someone was actually in the apartment (when they were just in the next apartment over).

Perfect Location

We were so very happy with this apartment. It was very clean and so well stocked with every convenience of home. We loved the little coffee bar. Plenty of blankets and towels, soap, dishwashing liquid, trash bags, paper towels. I was unsure of the super soft mattress but it was so comfortable. But the real beauty is the location! You are in the heart of Salem. You can walk everywhere. We would definitely stay here again.

Historic building, outstanding location

It’s hard to imagine a more convenient location in central Salem. This historic building is across the street from the Peabody Essex Museum and close to restaurants and bars, but it’s relatively quiet in November. (The only sounds at night were some footsteps from the apartment above.) The interior was clean and appointed with everything we needed for our stay. I especially appreciated the coffee maker and coffee pods and the washing machine in the unit. All in all a very comfortable stay and good value.

Prime location

Excellent location for walking everywhere! I would stay there again! Only a couple quirks, first, walls were very thin, constantly heard noise from upstairs apartment and people walking by. Second, the toilet paper roll holder is awkwardly placed, so you have to sit crooked on the toilet. Even with those small issues, I hope to get the chance to stay here again!

This is THE perfect location to experience Salem

This location puts you within a short walking distance to most of the sites to see in Salem! Parking is at a minimum in Salem and this location included a dedicated spot in a parking garage that is a very short walk from the house. The place was clean and had everything we needed! The beds were VERY comfortable! We only had one question during our stay and the property manager was very quick to answer! We will eventually return to Salem, and we would not hesitate to rent this property again!

Property and location was perfect .Only minor complaint would be the noisy neighbors above. Walking/stomping back and forth all day and most of the night. It wouldn't at all keep me from staying here again. Highly recommend.

Prime Salem Location

This unit is a prime spot for anyone visiting Salem. Short 5 minute walk to Essex St, 2 minute walk to the Witch Trials Memorial, and also comes with a parking spot in a nearby garage. The unit was very clean and the check-in/check-out instructions were clear and easy to follow. My only complaint is that the main bedroom has a door that leads to an entryway accessed by other tenants and someone was opening and closing the loud entry door from 1:30am-4:30am, keeping me awake the entire time. For this reason I would not stay at this particular vrbo again but would consider other properties owned by the company since I otherwise had a positive experience.

LOCATION!!!!! We parked our car & was able to walk to EVERYTHING! Couch wasn’t very comfy after a long day of walking but other than that all the comforts of home! Will definitely be staying again! Thank you for making our vacation wonderful!!
