Come to Seabrook and visit NASA or the Kemah Boardwalk and stay in our spacious condo 1 Bed & 1 Bath unit on the 1st floor patio or 2nd floor and enjoy a large balcony overlooking the Lake and Community Pool. It is southern facing and enjoys sunrise and sunset views. It is in a mature community, very quiet, with the exception of cars on NASA parkway. It has recent paint and updated kitchen appliances and has coastal decor. It is conveniently located on the lake along the NASA pkwy bike path with access to the grocery store and restaurants. Check-in: After 4:00 PM
Check-out: By 11:00 AM
Please adhere to these times to allow for proper cleaning and preparation for the next guests.
Quiet Hours:
o Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM to respect neighbors in this shared apartment community.
Pets:
o Pets are welcome with prior approval. However, it is your responsibility to:
o Clean up after your pet, both indoors and outdoors.
o Ensure your pet does not cause damage or destruction to the property.
o Be considerate of other residents and guests in the apartment community.
o No animals on furniture- excessive animal hair will be additional charge
o No barking of the animal that may disrupt others/neighbors
All animals must be approved prior to bring them

Guest Responsibilities
Light Housekeeping Tasks:
To assist our cleaners and ensure smooth turnovers, we kindly ask guests to:
o Gather all used towels and place them in the bathroom.
o Wash and put away any used dishes before departure.
o Dispose of trash in the designated bins near the property.
o Return furniture, pillows, and decor to their original places if moved.
Pet Waste:
o Pet owners must pick up and properly dispose of all pet waste immediately. Failure to do so may result in additional charges.
o Lost and Found:
The host is not responsible for any personal belongings left behind. Please double-check before you leave.
Safety & Security
Lock Doors:
o Ensure all doors and windows are locked when you leave the property.
o Emergency Contacts:
o For emergencies, dial 911.
o Contact us directly for non-urgent issues or questions during your stay.
