Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Enjoy the sunrise and sunset over a cup of coffee or hot tea at the bistro table located on the third story patio overlooking the marina.
Large open area for entertaining, which features a wet bar. Large 6 setting dining room table. Vaulted ceiling in the living room.

The space
Very few properties can say that they are overlooking a marina! The patio looks right out over it. We also have a boat slip available for anyone who wants to bring their boat to enjoy the open water!!!

A pool along with a grill, an additional large patio is available next to the clubhouse as well for relaxing or taking in a panoramic view of Clear Lake!!!

Great Stay in Seabrook

Great location, close to NASA JSC, Kemah. We also visited Galveston just 40 min easy drive. Perfect setup for 2 couples. Great balcony patio with view of clear lake.

Coffee on the balcony

We loved this stay! Beds were comfy. Balcony was so pleasant, especially with a coffee in the morning. Very quiet. Grocery across the street. 10 minutes from Houston Space center.

Good Accommodations, close to Clear Water park & restaurants.

The Condominiums complex & unit could use some cosmetics work. This is our second year at this unit & the two couches have stains & need a steam cleaning along with the rugs.

Condo on the Lake

This 2 bedroom condo is lovely. It has a large patio overlooking the marina. Beautiful set up and decor. It’s our 2nd time to rent it for our out of town family to visit.

Great locatin and view

My family took a trip to NASA and stayed here for a few days. The space was beautiful and very comfortable. Love the balcony and the access to the marina. The location is right down the street from NASA and about 30 mins.from Galveston beach 😍. The host was very responsive and accommodating. This trip was amazing!!

34th anniversary

The condo was amazing. Missed mt Dish at home, but Roku tv was neat. The manager Franklin was super easy to communicate with, very responsive. The washer didn't work, part was messed up. But hey, machines break. ARLANS right across street was nice. Good grocery store. Al in all, phenomenal stay!

Fishermens Paradise

The condo was a peaceful home away from home located right on Clear Lake which is actually part of the channel. My family enjoyed catching some salt water fish on the near by pier and swimming in the pool. It was right near NASA, Clear Lake Park and a short drive to Galveston. The beds were so comfortable and the soft, fuzzy blankets added the comfy touch of home! It was perfect and peaceful. My husband loved the fishermens' paradise for his Birthday!

Perfect location!

We loved our 2 night stay at this condo for the Houston Blue Angels Air Show! The location is absolutely ideal, only down the road from NASA and a short drive from Kemah and Galveston! We did not spend a whole lot of time at the condo, but the time we did spend there was comfy. We had a total of 6 people with us, my husband and I and our 4 kids. With 2 bedrooms, the kids took turns sleeping on the provided air mattress and were fine. The rooms and furnishings were comfy and roomy. The kitchen had just about everything we needed to cook meals while we were there. The balcony was great in the cooler evenings. I would only suggest a couple things: an actual knife in the kitchen for cooking (the only knives present were steak knives) and maybe double check the dirty dishes (we found some in the dishwasher and the cabinet). Other than those 2 things, our stay was perfect!

Great location, Comfy stay

We had some issues getting into our place. 1st - Wrong Code, 2nd - batteries dying in the keypad making it unreliable to get in. We spent a lot of time of our trip trying to troubleshoot the issue, which was a bummer. It was rectified by being reimbursed being unable to get in a day later on a less than 3 day trip. Once in, it was a beautiful place and great location close to the NASA. Said he would have fishing poles available, but there were none. Confirm that he would has them before going.

Was not able to stay due to no power.

We got to the property at 7pm and there was no power. The host never informed us of the issue. We had to leave property right away we couldn’t stay there at all. I wasn’t happy that I had to drive 12 hours and the host didn’t informed me about not having power. We tried looking for another place everything was sold out had to drive another 4 hours to find a place to stay. Host refuse to refund me my money. They should had notify me 24 hours in advance to let me know they had no power to the property. It was horrible when we got there it was 105 temperature and I wasn’t going to sleep in the dark and hot place with no food.

Trip to Nasa

We brought our family of four to see the space center. The condo is just down the street from it. We originally wanted to stay for 4 nights, but the owner messaged me saying they had another booking and would need to adjust ours to 3 nights. No problem. Listed on the amenities is a hot tub (there isn’t one). Glad I asked before we packed our suites. Property building seemed a bit run down, but the unit was decent and nicely decorated. Overall it seemed like it wasn’t cleaned very well. It was difficult to cook meals there, as the kitchen was severely lacking in supplies. No cutting board or knife, no measuring cups, and pots and pans were in terrible shape. The sponge and sink were dirty and water pressure in the sink was terrible, making it difficult to clean up. The floors appeared dirty and the couches were covered in stains and not very comfortable. There were not enough towels for 4 of us to have one towel each. We made due, and it was fine for the short time we were there. But I wouldn’t book again.

Great location

This property is convenient to lots in the Houston area an easy drive to Galveston close to NASA all in all a great place to stay. The unit has two nice bedrooms, a nice veranda, good sized living room and nice kitchen. We loved it.
