The covered patio comes furnished for leisurely outdoor living with highlights including a mounted smart TV, high-top seating, and a ceiling fan to keep the cool bay breezes circulating.
Updated furnishings and appliances ensure modern home comfort and convenience throughout your stay. The well-appointed kitchen is equipped to satisfy even the most discerning of home chefs. The open-concept design seamlessly blends the living room and dining area. You can stream shows and movies on the smart TV or catch up on some remote work at the dedicated desk. The primary suite boasts a large private bathroom and an enclosed patio that is separate from the main outdoor space.
Public marinas, boat rentals, off-shore charter services, local dining options, and the Kemah Boardwalk are all within a five-mile drive.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
