Villa Ali'i de Puamana - Villa de 2 chambres en bord de mer. 30 pieds de l'eau! Grande chambre fabuleuse et luxueuse avec des vues panoramiques sur l'oc��an. Véranda de 28 pieds de large couverte en bord de mer offrant les plus belles vues du coucher de soleil de Maui. Stores électriques Oceanside à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur. Cette maison de plain-pied dispose d'équipements de qualité supérieure, à commencer par une cuisine européenne Leicht avec des appareils cachés (réfrigérateur, congélateur séparé, lave-vaisselle et micro-ondes sont tous cachés). Des finitions haut de gamme, y compris des sols en calcaire, des comptoirs en verre, en marbre, en granit et en calcaire, et une suite principale spacieuse qui comprend un dressing et une salle de bain principale avec douche en pierre personnalisée et baignoire profonde. Un bain d'invité de «qualité spa» est également proposé pour servir la chambre avec des lits jumeaux qui peuvent être convertis en lit king. Great stay

Property was exactly as described. Location was great. Property host was very communicative. Access to pools was very helpful and local beach access was a short walk away.

View from the lanai was amazing !

Could not have been more happy with our stay. This place is literally paradise. We loved the view, and we loved the surfing, and also the beautiful beach. The house was so perfect, and we loved every minute

We only stayed one of the nights we booked.

We ended up getting almost a full refund for our stay due to the fact that we had not been appraised of the condition of the unit. We arrived late in the evening and put our groceries in the refrigerator before realizing that the air conditioning was not working. The bedrooms were outfitted with portable units that were very loud and the windows couldn't open to allow any fresh air. This was the case in both bedrooms and in the master bath. The only opening window in the unit was the sliding glass door at the back. The couch cushions were flat and needed replacement. The bar stool seat cushions had separated seams with the stuffing showing . The unit was not very clean. The carpet in the kitchen had not been vacuumed, nor had the edges the hallway and bed rooms been cleaned. The AC vent in the ceiling of the master bedroom looked like it had never been cleaned. The central AC unit running in the hallway ceiling, was extremely loud when it ran. All of this should have been disclosed before we arrived. We would never had chosen to stay there. We lost a day of our vacation trying to find other accommodations and ended up booking through another company. We also were charged a cleaning fee which didn't seem reasonable since the unit was not clean when we got there and we had no choice but to stay the night. The owners should not have allowed their unit to be rented knowing the condition it was in.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a beautiful unit that we have used in past visits. It was unfortunate that there were several things that weren’t working: the air conditioning in both bedrooms, the fan over the stove, and the exhaust fan in the hall bath that when the maintenance man came to check it, found it was completely missing! The biggest mystery was the lack of hot water in the hall bath ~ there was hot water in the shower but not in the sink ~ and we could not find the turn off valves. My final complaint was finding out on the day before our departure that we were to check out by 10am, not 11am as indicated on our final confirmation paperwork. I was told the change to 10am was implemented in May, and my final paperwork was sent to me in August. If a change was made, the template for the confirmation should be updated, and I believe an email should have been sent to all renters after May to let them of the checkout change. We did get to know the very nice maintenance man, Pete, during his many visits for repairs. As I said, this is a beautiful unit, very comfortable beds and wonderful view, but it does need some TLC.

THE place to stay in Maui

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Puamana was a perfect place for our family to stay. First of all, it was not just oceanfront, but 30 feet from the ocean. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen, dining and living area, privacy gate, 3 pools and a beautiful lanai to relax, eat outside and bbq. No resort on the island can give you all this for about 60% of the price. Located right down the street from the town of Lahaina and close to main access road to other parts of the island, everything was close by and easily accessible. When we come back, and we will, we’ll be looking to stay here again.

Love Puamana!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the stay was good and I would rent this unit again even though it is in need of some work. We were alerted that the AC for the master BR went out on our day of arrival. They had installed a portable unit which was noisy but worked. The problem was that the AC in the 2nd bedroom also did not work and it was not addressed. The after-hours folks had no way to deal with this so our kids endured one pretty hot night and they brought a portable unit the next day. We dealt with those the entire stay, never got the main unit fixed. There were a few other things I pointed out to the management company ranging from exhaust fans not working, air returns that needed heavy cleaning, etc. but no real show-stoppers.The rest of the stay was good, the unit was as described and seen in the photos. It is in a pretty ideal location inside Puamana, easy walk to beach and pools, right on the ocean.

Fabulous property in great location

This property is in a great location in a peaceful, well maintained complex with three pools and two small beaches just a short walk to Lahaina. The unit itself is practically on the water and from the patio we enjoyed watching the whales and incredible sunsets. The unit was well appointed and well stocked with everything we could need. We were well pleased and would look forward to staying here again.

Views, views, whales, whales and more!

The location of this unit is fantastic. Close enough to town to walk, but far enough away to feel like you're not in town. This unit is well stocked and we had no problems while we were there. The pool is practically on the ocean and a great place to relax or do some laps. The grounds are well kept and clean. The condo even comes with some beach stuff to use. While it is a lovely property and location, it could use some updating. Everything is functional, but some of the furniture is old and tired. The mattress in the second bedroom is very, very soft. I would and probably will stay here again.

Great vacation rental

This place was great, very well appointed, furniture and beds very comfortable, the beautiful Peter Lik pictures throughout the house were an added bonus! The one thing I wish I knew ahead of time is that you can’t get to the beach in front of the townhouse. There are thick shrubs and it is a $250 fine for walking through. You have to go about 100 yards down to get to a beach access. It wasn’t that big of a deal but would have been nice to know.

February 2018 Stay

Our trip to Maui was a first time experience and the highlight of our time there was this beautiful unit. We chose to spend much of our time here - with gorgeous sunsets, all the amenities, whale watching from the lanai, barbecue grill and outdoor furniture great for having guests over! We were able to access the quiet beach within walking distance. This Peaceful place gave us the rest we needed!

October 2016 Stay

Nice floor plan and very good for young family of six. Could really benefit from some simple upkeep (rusted light fixtures in both bathrooms, dirty fridge top). And some ambiance fixes needed (mismatched bulbs, old wall hangings) but we know decorations are a personal taste. Only major complaint was broken exhaust fan in bathroom and weak room-by-room A/C units. Given this, price is a bit high although location is great.

Exceptional views and renovations in a quiet spot

Exceptional views close enough to beach access to carry boards to, but not so close you have people on your patio all day. Nicely renovated property in a well maintained complex. An easy walk into Lahaina for dinner or a short one into the water to surf/paddle board right in front of the property.
