This is a PRIVATE BEACHFRONT SINGLE FAMILY HOUSE!  PROPERTY IS FRONTED BY A HAND BUILT LAVA ROCK WALL, FOR SECURITY AND PRIVACY.
 We offer you and your family a True Hawaiian Home, built in 1960'S! It is very hard to find an original house, especially with approximately an acre lawn and BEACHFRONT. They are nearly obsolete. Your walk to the Beach is just across the manicured lawn. (approx.100') Our home has been upgraded, but all of the Hawaiian charm still remains. With so much building going on in Maui, it is hard to find a safe property that has stayed close to original. Families and children love the SAFE property, the games we offer, Croquet, bag toss, beach toys, Boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels and lounges.Â
This home has individually controlled air conditioning, in each room.  There are also ceiling fans in each room. The kitchen is fully stocked with almost everything you should need. If you are feeling you are lacking something in the kitchen, please let us know!
A large Lanai is a wonderful way to spend the day. Ocean views, (seasonal Whale Watching, November-March, and Large green sea turtles love to sleep on our beach. Nightly(almost) viewing is a  wonderful surprise for all to see. Please, do not shine flashlights on the turtles, or touch them. Please stay 10 feet away from the turtles. They may not return is they feel threaten. If they are inter family dining or a great BBQ. Gas BBQ is included.
Our uncrowded beach is located approximately 100' from the house. A short walk across the very spacious and impeccably maintained lawn area, and your toes are in the sand! There are approximately 36 palms trees located on the property. There is also a huge 120+ year old Banyan tree!  Be sure to bring your camera! The lawn area is great for sunbathing, sitting on the lawn in the chaise lounges shaded by the many trees, or playing family games. We provide beach sand chairs, beach towels and miscellaneous children's beach toys, including boogie boards, sand chairs and lounges. There is a large BBQ (propane) for your use.
 There is a Queen bed in the main bedroom, 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds which can be made into a king bed, if you prefer. Please just let us know prior to your arrival so we can have it ready for your arrival. There is also a very comfortable queen sized Murphy bed in the great room, which can sleep 2 more guests.
 Our beach gets very little usage, as we are located in a residential area, no big hotels and condo complexes to share with. A large portion of the lawn area is maintained by our gardeners and some of it is State land and can be shared by others.
This 2 bedroom 2 bath home is adjacent to our 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath,  which is also on our property. Our property is 150 wide, and very private. If you would like to rent both homes, that certainly can be done. If you are interested in renting both of our homes (on the same 150 foot-wide property), this is the deal of a lifetime! The adjacent home can be viewed on VRBO 73607. Â
If both homes are rented at the same time, we can accommodate 16 guests!! Â
You will have 6 BEDROOMS AND 5 BATHROOMS, 2 KITCHENS AND MORE. BOTH HOMES ARE BEACHFRONT, WITH VIEWS OF THE OCEAN. PLEASE ASK ABOUT OUR BEST PRICING.

A short walk down the street will take you to the middle of Kihei Town. You will find shopping centers, restaurants, grocery stores, Post Office, Kaiser, Banks. Fast food such as McDonalds, Taco Bell, and Local Fare restaurants and so much more . You will find just about everything you will need, including food stores, bars, breweries , entertainment, all with in walking distance!
To the northwest, the West Maui Mountains can be viewed. You will be able to view all of the large Windmills and the hill. Lanai, Molokini and other Islands can be seen from the property. The area is also used for surfing, windsurfing, kayaking, paddle-boarding, fishing and canoeing. The mornings are usually the best time for a calm ocean and small waves. The trade winds do usually pick up in the afternoon, and cools the air. We do recommend wearing beach shoes for easy walking and swimming. Depending on the winds, many things can wash ashore. The sand can also be very hot.
The home is facing to the West, which means you will see some of the most beautiful sunsets on the Island. Depending on the time of the year (usually, between November and March) whales can usually be seen and heard beyond the reef. This is a wonderful experience for the children and adults alike! Please do not touch the turtle while they are asleep on the beach. No strong flashlight at night, they don't like the light and may not return.
