The kitchen features granite countertops and is extremely well stocked for those nights you want to cook at home. If you need some private "me time," each bedroom has its own TV and DVD player. You'll also appreciate the free high speed password protected Wi-Fi throughout the home.

Sea Pines is a golfer or tennis enthusiast's paradise. You're only minutes away from Atlantic Dunes, Heron Point and the world famous Harbour Town Golf Links, home of The Heritage Classic. All only 5 minutes away! After your morning activities it's time to get out to the beach! You can walk to the beach, or take a quick (less than a 7 minute) bike ride. Pack the cooler with your refreshments and you're off to the beach! Take the bike path near the house to Black Skimmer beach. If you are looking for a comfortable, updated, fun, well appointed home centrally located in Sea Pines, then look no further. Are there any additional fees outside of what is included in the quote? The only other fee is the optional fee to heat the pool.

Do you offer Traveler's Insurance? Yes, an option to purchase Traveler's Insurance will be presented to Guest at time of check-out.

Do you allow pets? Yes, we're happy to welcome one pet 45lb or less.

What arrangements are made to pick up a key? Our home is equipped with an electronic 'keyless' entry system that is programmed with a code of your choice. This makes it very convenient for our guests as they do not have to worry about getting locked out, stopping by an office to pick up a key, exchanging keys in the mail, or losing a physical key.

Where can we rent bikes? You're free to select a company of your choice but we highly recommend Hilton Head Bicycle Company, they can be reached at 843-686-6888. Guests who've rented through them have reported nothing but positive experiences.

How close are you to the beach? Under 7 minutes by bike, or an enjoyable 10 minute stroll. See the map below. And we've included a large Coleman cooler on wheels that makes it super easy to bring everything you need for the beach with you! Now you can arrive, unload and be at the beach in NO TIME! A great start to your vacation!

Are you close to Harbour Town and South Beach? Yes, and we bike to both. Our home is just about equal distance to both: it's about a 10 minute bike ride, or 5 minutes by car.

What size is your house? Our single level home is over 2,100 square feet. The 2 master bedrooms are approximately 180 square feet each and the other 2 bedrooms are about 140 square feet each.

Is your home for sale and could we have our vacation interrupted by an agent wanting to show the house? No, our home is not for sale. We do caution prospective guests that are looking at other properties to check with the owner or manager to insure that the property they are considering is not for sale, or that they will not have their vacation interrupted by agents wanting to show the home!

What if there is an issue with the house while we are there? Our home is managed by a professional property management company - the JKS Abbott Group, which specializes in the management of executive vacation rental homes exclusively within Sea Pines. All issues are addressed promptly and professionally.

What is your cancellation policy? Guest will receive 100% refund if cancellation request is received more than 90 days prior to arrival date. If cancellation is requested 90 days or less prior to arrival date, no refund will be considered. We strongly encourage Guests to purchase Traveler's Insurance, including Cancel For Any Reason Insurance.
