Accommodations include two expansive Master Suites, each featuring King-sized beds and private en-suite bathrooms. The primary master is equipped with a premium Tempur-Pedic mattress and a private seating area with French doors leading to the patio. The third bedroom offers a comfortable Queen bed with access to a full bathroom just across the hall. Throughout the home, you will find Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring and designer furniture curated for a high-end feel.

The exterior is a private paradise. A screened-in porch offers a peaceful spot for morning coffee, while the fully fenced backyard provides total seclusion. Enjoy the walk-in pool (non-heated) or unwind in the heated jacuzzi, which runs automatically every evening from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

Guest Access Guests have full, private access to the entire home, backyard, and pool area. Check-in is effortless via a secure keypad with a unique code provided prior to arrival. Parking is available on-site in the driveway and garage. As guests within the Sea Pines Resort, you will have access to world-class amenities, including pristine beaches, three championship golf courses, tennis centers, and miles of shaded biking and walking trails.

Proximity: The home is located directly on the Sea Pines bike trail system for easy access to Harbour Town and the beach.

Utilities: The pool is unheated. The jacuzzi is programmed to heat automatically between 6:00 PM and 10:00 PM daily.

Essentials: We provide high-quality plates, glassware, and cookware. Please bring your own cooking basics (oils, spices) and condiments.

Community Rules: Per Sea Pines regulations, e-bikes are strictly prohibited on leisure trails.

Pets: This is a strictly pet-free property to maintain an allergen-free environment for all guests.

*Spa heating is available upon request for an additional $500 per week.
