Beautiful, single level home within walking distance to Harbour Town Golf Links, home of the RBC Heritage PGA Tournament. Recently updated, this home offers plenty of space for the whole family.

Walk into the living room where there is a queen sleeper sofa, chair and 65” Samsung TV. The coffee table has a bunch of games underneath for your family’s entertainment. Beautiful hardwood floors throughout the home, coastal décor and a shiplap accent wall in the living room. There is a sliding glass door that leads you out to the backyard pool patio. The pool area offers plenty of space and lots of privacy surrounded by mature vegetation. There is a table that seats four, another table that seats two, a couple lounge chairs and a Weber gas grill. The pool is very nice and even has a waterfall feature.

Back inside to the right of the entrance are three bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen bed and a private bath with single vanity and tub/shower combo. The next bedroom also has a queen bed, a 32” TV and a private bath with single vanity and tub/shower combo. The last bedroom on this side of the house has a king bed and 40” TV. There are sliding glass doors that lead you to the backyard patio. The ensuite bath has a double vanity, walk-in shower and walk-in closet.

To the left of the entrance, in the hall, there is a bathroom with a single vanity and tub/shower combo. The next room is perfect for the kids in the family with two twin beds, a 32” TV and a small desk.

The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances including a flat top stove. There is a dining room table that seats six plus has a bench seat. Off the dining room is the laundry room with full size washer and dryer. On the other side of the dining room is a sitting area complete with two chairs, a fireplace and 48” TV. There are sliding glass doors that open to the backyard patio.

The Sea Pines community has many amenities with three championship golf courses, five miles of white sandy beaches, a 600 acre forest preserve and an abundance of tennis courts, swimming pools and bike paths. There is something to please guests of all ages.

Great Stay, loved having the private pool for a quick cool down on the hot Hilton Head afternoons. Lots of space in house. Would definitely come back.

Great House!

The house was clean, well maintained and nicely furnished. The layout was perfect for our family of five with separate sleeping areas and a nice, central living area. The owner was responsive and all needs were addressed. This is really close to Harbor Town and an enjoyable bike ride to the beach access and South Beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Little paradise

Four friends since high school getting together for a guys trip. Staying at this house was like we were kids again without parents at home. Riding bikes until sunset then grilling outside. We felt we were going to hear our mothers yell dinner while riding. After grilling jumping in the pool was such a fun time. The location of the house is perfect for your daily excursions. Looking forward to staying there again. The only minor issue is the pool should be cleaned a bit better.

Great vacation home

We enjoyed the updated home. There is plenty of room to enjoy family time or take some time for yourself. The only negative is the pool heater is older and wasn’t able to keep up with the rain and cooler temperatures. However, the property company managed this issue to our satisfaction. Be sure to bring paper essentials you prefer and basic spices.

Reviewer Comments: After stressing out while trying to choose the best house for our family vacation in Sea Pines, it was wonderful to walk into the house and know I’d made the right choice. Everything was just as described but even better. The house is beautiful and far larger than I envisioned. The pool and backyard made our vacation. It’s like a private oasis. The bike ride to the beach is short, flat and quite lovely. Riding through the woods throughout the week was an unexpected pleasure. I really appreciate that the bikes are included in the stay. The house had everything we needed and it was exceptionally clean. The location is great! It felt private and secluded, but still convenient to the beach, Harbour Town, the shopping ’s also on a beautiful street.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location inside Sea Pines was ideal. Closer to Harbour Town than the beach side but a short ride on bikes. Layout of house with four bedrooms was ideal for our group size. Everyone had their own bathroom. We have rented for years inside Sea Pines and this was house did not disappoint. If I had one suggestion it would be the trees block the natural sunlight to the pool we had to keep moving our chairs to lay in the sun ☀️

Perfect Home for a Girl’s Trip!

We thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful home during our trip to Hilton Head for a tennis tournament. It was in an ideal location and offered a well-appointed and comfortable layout. The bonus was a tropical backyard with pool and four bikes on property for our use. This was a 5-star stay!

Great except…

Something must be fine about the pool - full of leaves, twigs, pollen… Nit clean upon our arrival Sat. Rep said would be cleaned Mon.!!! Pool guy came and cleaned it Sun. but before he left leaves were back! He came Wed. In pouring rain to clean - made no sense! The problem is roofs are covered with leaves and gutters are, too! These should have been handled first! Needs a cover. Heating at $100 a day is too expensive. We felt cheated and robbed as we house with pool to no avail! Homeowner should have refunded some of our fee for this inconvenience.

Best Decision Ever

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: For many winters, we have vacationed in Florida but are now finding it increasingly difficult to find rentals especially affordable ones. This February we decided to escape the New York snow belt and try Hilton Head. Best decision ever! It’s not as hot as Florida, but plenty of blue skies, warm weather and a lot less traffic.On the recommendation of friends, we rented 2 Heritage Rd in Sea Pines. We found it to be a lovely, new furnished, exceptionally clean and comfortable home suitable for snowbirds, couples or families. It is situated in a convenient and quiet neighborhood near miles of biking and walking paths, shopping and restaurants. The layout of the home includes 2 living/sitting areas and 4 bedrooms with private baths, all beautifully furnished. The bedrooms have new, exceptionally comfortable mattresses which is something we place high on our priority list. All rooms have new smart TV’s and we especially appreciated the instructions provided for simple operation. We found the kitchen to be well stocked and functional with plenty of cookware, plates and silverware. There is also a nice outdoor eating area overlooking the pool and private back yard. We enjoyed the 4 new bikes available for use as well as the cooler and new chairs for the beach. When we needed some help with use of an appliance, the very pleasant property manager responded promptly. This home is in one of the most beautiful areas on Hilton Head Island. Sea Pines includes a forest preserve with walking paths, a stable offering trail rides, and several historic sites. The plantation has several golf courses, tennis and pickleball courts and beautiful beaches. We so enjoyed the home and the entire area that it was difficult to leave... so... we just booked “our new favorite 2 Heritage Road vacation home” for next February! Good bye Florida, hello Hilton Head Island.
