Griswold House - Beachfront!

Griswold House is a stunning ocean front house with breathtaking view on a quiet street in the Tolovana Park section of Cannon Beach. This classic home features an open main floor with massive picture windows to catch every possible view of the beach and surf.

With a wood fireplace for chilly nights and the flat screen above for movie viewing it's the perfect spot to relax after a long day of beachcombing, surfing, hiking, shopping or anything else you'd like to do.

The dining area has a huge table with plenty of room for everyone and views of the beach for everyone to enjoy. If you need a little more dining space there's room for a few more at the bar stools by the kitchen. The kitchen has plenty of space and was well designed for more than one cook at a time. With the kitchen being open to the living room and dining area there's no need for “cook” not to be included in the fun!

Stepping outside onto the ocean side patio is a little slice of heaven. With a huge space for everyone to hangout and a private staircase down to the beach there's not much more to wish for except extra time!

There are 5 bedrooms at Griswold House so there's room for everyone. There are two master bedrooms, one of which is on the main floor. This bedroom has a queen bed, TV, and an attached master bathroom that also opens to the dining room on the other side.

Upstairs you'll find the second master bedroom with a king bed and stunning ocean views that you can appreciate first thing in the morning. The attached master bathroom is an added bonus.

The other ocean view bedroom upstairs has a queen bed and a cute little seating area to enjoy the view or a little bit of quiet and a good book.

The third bedroom upstairs has a queen bed and a twin bed that really works for the “little one” who's not too sure about sleeping apart from “mom and dad”.

The last bedroom has two twin beds and small seating area with a tv that works great for a movie or a gaming system – there is no cable hooked up to this TV.

The last rooms upstairs are a hall bath and the laundry center which is in the hallway behind folding doors. This makes laundry so much easier when it's right by the bedrooms!
