◆ For rentals of 30 days or more, a refundable $1,000 security deposit is required. The deposit will be returned approximately 7 days after departure. Cleaning fees apply and vary based on the length of stay.
◆ We maintain the highest level of cleanliness and air quality in the home and out of respect for future guests, we respectfully request that no smoking will occur in or on the premises. Even the smell of smoke inside the house will result in a $500 fine.
