This 4 B/R house is in a quiet community and features a backyard with swimming pool, lounge area, BBQ grill, and fire table. This home is perfect for a weekend getaway, a week away, or a month long stay. Close to Saguaro, Canyon Lake as well as the Salt River. Unfortunately we do not have space for boat or trailer parking.

(Children supplies such as high chair and pack n play are available for rent, please ask if needed. $5 per day per item, plus a $35 delivery charge. All fees subject to Arizona sales tax.)

***Please let us know if you have pets, as dogs only are welcome to stay here with a max limit of 3 dogs. There is a per pet fee of $10 per day (plus tax). We do require that you have a place to keep your pet (i.e. dog crate, pet carrier, etc.) while you may be away from the house. We also need to know a few things about your pet (color, breed, weight, and age). Please let us know these details at booking time so that we are able to inform the community of your pet. Please note that guests are still responsible for picking up after their pet. Additional cleaning fees may be charged for pet messes left behind.
*We do our best to ensure guests have a 5 star experience. Guests will be provided with a start up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper etc so that upon check in you do not need to run to the store. If you have a longer stay planned you may need to purchase some of these items.
When booking, please let us know how many guests will be in your group as well as how many vehicles you will have on-site, as well as the nature of your visit. With that info we can make sure the home is ready for your group and that you have all the necessary supplies, linens, etc. WE are happy to answer any questions you may have.
LOUD PARTIES AND LARGE GATHERINGS ARE NOT PERMITTED.
Please only book this home if you will respect the neighborhood and its residents. Please limit noise when you are outside and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 9 AM.

If your trip is more adventure focused, the home is located near the Red Rock Mountain. Saguaro Lake is not far away as well. This home is also located an easy drive to Major League Baseball spring training stadiums, the Barrett Jackson auto show, the Arabian Horse Show, the Fiesta Bowl and all the other great area events.
If you are going to be travelling around the Southwest after your time in Phoenix, you can feel free to leave bigger bags here and use this as your base. San Diego, LA, Las Vegas, and the beaches of Mexico are all about 5 hours away. The Grand Canyon, Sedona, White Mountains, and AZ`s wine country are 2-4 hours. Take your carry-on, and leave the big stuff while you explore. We have been to almost every corner of the state, so if you want to know the hidden treasures, we would be happy to tell you our favorite places to visit.
Please note, because Phoenix is so spread out, we advise having a vehicle if you stay with us. Public transportation is not far away from our home, but it takes a while to get to most parts of the city from our home. With a car, we are convenient to most parts of the Valley, including downtown Phoenix (sports, restaurants, and arts), Tempe (shopping, restaurants, nightlife), Glendale (sports and shopping) and Scottsdale (shopping, arts, sports, nightlife).
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
*NO Boat, Trailer, RV or Street Parking.
*Noise ordinance set in place 10pm-8am. Subject to additional fees if not followed.
*Thermostats may have temperature limit locks (i.e. 72 deg.) to prevent being set at temperatures that may cause catastrophic damage in high heats or to help control out of the ordinary utility costs throughout the year.
*Property vendors (pool, landscape, pest control, etc.) may access the grounds up to once/week and have access to the back yard.

This is a very quiet neighborhood in the Red Mountain Ranch area. Multiple grocery stores are within 5-10 minutes driving, and numerous restaurants are nearby. This home is located in an HOA, please respect the neighbors and the rules.
Getting Around:
We HIGHLY advise having a car if you stay with us, and we have off-street parking available for you. Phoenix is a SUPER spread out city (50+ miles in all directions), so while we do have public transportation near us, it can take a while to get to your destination by bus.

Perfect Vacation Home!We stayed for 7 days and absolutely loved it! The house was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The pool was fantastic — we spent so much time out there relaxing and enjoying the sun. The location couldn’t have been better — close to great restaurants, shops, and anything we needed during the week. It was the perfect home for our family, and we’d definitely stay here again!

This house was in great shape and accommodated our family of 3 married children and my husband and me. My only complaint is that the family room only had seating for 4 (even though it sleeps 8). I don’t consider an additional large bean bag type chair that was on the floor to be legit seating.

Overall, our stay was fine. The house was clean and it had a nice supply of basic items to get us started with our stay. However, the property is in very used and it tells. The pool area wasn’t well kept, it had bare grass and a brick holding pool equipment to the ground. There was also a large crack in the pool ledge. There was limited seating outside because one of the chairs was broken. The inside furniture felt dirty and was obviously old and not comfortable. There was bench seating in the kitchen but not adequate seating for our group of 6. I understand we were in prime visiting time, but the cost was well over 500/night when you factor in heating the pool. For that cost I thought the property would be a little nicer. The area is beautiful and we enjoyed many nice walks and runs in the neighborhood. Invest a little in the property.

Family fun
The game room with foosball & shuffle board was a huge hit with our teenage boys. Backyard with real grass! and fire pit table were popular places to relax. Nice, clean house & perfect location as we were there for a baseball tournament; and lots of restaurants & stores very close. Overall very nice stay.

Red Mountain Ranch Home
This property is located in a nice and convenient area in E. Mesa with easy access to shopping, dinning and hiking/biking trails. The property itself, was a little dated with some painting needed in some areas of the interior and exterior. The biggest issue with the property was that the pool was dirty and not useable. The property management team's response was that they were sorry for the inconvenience and that it would be cleaned the day that we were checking out. Our stay at this property was for 5 days.

Good not Great
Took us 20 minutes to get in the house because the lock wouldn’t work. Communication was good so we got it all figured out. Pool was extremely dirty, but they came and fixed it. Overall, good experience. Everything worked, just wasn’t super “ready” for us. Owners fixed/helped when we asked which was very much appreciated but as far as getting there after a long trevor day, wasn’t a smooth process. Would still recommend!
