Take your Grand Lake getaway to the next level with this 3-bedroom, 2-bath property. Our home provides solitude and scenery. Explore the lake for boating and fishing or head up to Rocky Mountain National Park for a hike. From skiing and snowmobiling to mountain biking and 4-wheeling, this alpine abode hosts 6 for the adventure of a lifetime!

This spacious home has everything you need for a comfortable stay, updated finishes, tasteful furniture and modern electronics. The house includes a spacious dining area, a fully-equipped kitchen and a cozy living area that provides ample room for your group to lounge. Its warm, upgraded finishes and cozy furnishings provide a creative, homey touch to this mountain retreat. Once inside, you’ll be ready to relax and enjoy your favorite on the TV. The kitchen has all you need for cooking and baking, including all the utensils and full-size appliances.

There is a convertible couch and 2 Bean Bag Chairs.

Guests will have access to everything that our home has to offer! The kitchen, all living spaces and sleeping areas are available for your full use.
Our home is stocked with all your household essentials, high-quality sheets and towels, and an ample supply of laundry detergent, trash bags, dish soap, tissues, etc.

Summit Time Vacation Rentals is available if you need us, feel free to reach out through the Airbnb platform.

Grand County is located in the heart of the Rockies and as a whole is a gem. It has a friendly, local atmosphere and plenty to explore. During the summer season, there are music, art, and food festivals aplenty. Come winter we are host to world-renowned skiing and other outdoor snowy activities like snowmobiling, tubing, snowshoeing, and dog sled rides to name a few.

There is free parking in front of the unit for 3 vehicles.
During the winter months, we recommend accessing the property with an all-wheel or four-wheel drive as mountain roads can be snow-covered.

We're Following the Rules: This vacation rental is professionally managed and follows all local & state tax rules. Our employees and subcontractors are paid fair wages.

Your reservation total includes all applicable taxes, cleaning fees, and Accidental Property Damage Protection.

- A $35 non-refundable credit card processing fee will be charged at the point of reservation.
- To book you must be at least 25 years old
- This is a non-smoking property. Violation of this policy will result in additional cleaning charges and forfeiture of your security deposit. You could be asked to immediately vacate the premises without a refund. Smoking outside is permitted, but all smoking materials must be picked up and disposed of properly.
- This property is in a residential area, so please respect the neighbors and their property. Please be discreet and appropriate with your activities, noise level and parking so not to inconvenience the neighbors.
- No parties, events or large gatherings are permitted; excessive noise, parking violations or trespassing may result in neighbor complaints and police action. You could be asked to immediately vacate the premises without refund in the event of police action or neighbor complaints.
- Quiet hours are between 8:00 pm and 9:00 am
- No refunds will be given for storms and/or bad weather.
- Mountain roads can be curvy and steep. Gravel drives are well maintained; however, we highly recommend four-wheel drive and/or chains during the snow months. We do not refund due to road conditions.
- In the event, you will be provided a set of backup keys upon check-in and you are responsible for lost keys. In the event keys are not returned, you are responsible for the cost of re-keying locks and replacing keys.
- In the event you are locked out of the property, please contact us.
-Towels and linens are provided. You are responsible for the replacement cost of any missing items.
- The Homeowners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to the premises.
- There are often animals in the area, including moose, elk, bears, mountain lions, and foxes. Do not approach or feed the wildlife. Supervise children outside. Do not leave food outside.
-If you are planning to bring your pet along, let us know in advance. There will be an additional charge of $100 - a pet cleaning fee. If you do not inform us of your pet staying with us you could be asked to immediately vacate the premises with an additional fine of 500$.
-A starter consumable pack will be provided for each booking and the price is included in your cleaning fee.

Great Place!
We had a wonderful week at the house. The top deck, overlooking the lake, was a great spot to rest and relax in the evenings. The house had everything we needed to prep and cook meals. Quiet neighborhood close to a marina with boat rental options. Not too far from all of the shops and restaurants in Grand Lake. Hope to return again next Summer.

It's hard to begin a review where you're completely happy. I have no real/legit complaints about the property--it was clean, stocked where appropriate, well-kept and the utilities/sink/toilets all were great. Showers were better than anything you'd find at any hotel. The location is my only "complaint," and it's really just a mention to be aware that you're about 20-25 mins from a legit grocery store (with options that won't be too terribly expensive) and about 10-15 from restaurants/things. W found ourselves kicking ourselves that we didn't plan better when we stopped in Granby. Grand Lake, the one corner market, knows you're not a local and you'll pay $4 for a can of tomatoes. However, we were hardly a stones throw from the NP entrance and marinas for boat rentals, and had a great place to drop the packs after a day on the trails. The house again, was amazing. I come from the suburbs where I haven't seen the milky way in over 5 years. Being able to watch the storms roll in from the west mountains & watching the fog roll over the lake as you sip coffee as the sun rises, are great experiences you'll have here. I can't wait to be back. And lastly, there's the bear walking past you as you sit on the upper deck at 9p, is something you'll never forget, either. I did forget to mention above, the folks you communicate with are quick and courteous, and accommodating. We had no major issues of concern during our stay but were confident they could handle it.
