Séjour de 4 nuits et nous allons éviter les frais de nettoyage! Belle maison de montagne avec trois chambres et deux salles de bains. Supérieure et inférieure salon afin que chacun puisse étaler et se détendre. Grande salle à manger pour des dîners et des jeux. Profitez de la vue depuis le porche ou dans la cour avant. Cette maison a un paquet complet Directv avec chaînes premium! Nombreuses places de parking pour les voitures et les jouets. QUATRE NUIT MINIMUM REQUIS LOCATION SUR LE 4 JUILLET VACANCES. L'âge minimum requis pour louer cette maison est de 25 ans.

Great stay. Watch out for the cow moose. She made an appearance in the driveway as she strolled down the slope. Great time even with some rain and cool temps.

Enjoyed the cabin. Location us perfect. Close to the little town of Grand Lake and close to Rocky Mountain National park. Cabin perfect size for our family and had everything we needed.

Great location

It would have been nice to not have to go to the office to check in and out. Great location and it was perfect for our family of five. I realize that it’s a pet friendly place but didn’t like all of the urine stains on the carpet 🤮

Beautiful cabin with spectacular view!

We loved staying here… the new deck is amazing and we loved watching the fireworks right from the deck! Great deck furniture. Well stocked kitchen! Nice grill. Loved the Keurig and Alexa! Close to town! Great time!!!!

Overall pleasing stay

The view is incredible and the property is clean & comfortable. Saw a mama and two baby deer outside one morning. Having to deal with a 3rd party rental company (lack of flexible check-in, extra paperwork, waiting weeks for security deposit refund) despite renting a VRBO is a little frustrating.

Amazing View and Great Location

We thoroughly enjoyed sitting out on the new deck looking out at the lake and the mountains and watching the birds. We even had two moose walk through the property one morning! Being so close to the Rocky Mountain National Park entrance was also a huge bonus for us. We definitely would stay here again!

5 Stars!!

Unbelievable views. We had such a great time sitting on the covered patio and enjoying the views. It fit our group perfectly. The check in process was easy as well as the waste disposal. Very close to downtown Grand Lake. Really the only improvement would be a new grill. The thermometer was not correct and there was essentially no regulation on the burners. It was either very high or very low. No in between. But, that was only a minor inconvenience. This home was unbelievable and I cannot recommend it highly enough. We will be back!

Nice House with Great Lake View

My only recommendation would be update the furniture in the downstairs living area ... very uncomfortable as you sink down about 6 inches or more ... and add a TV. We would have loved spending time there but couches were too bad.

Thank goodness for the deck

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The deck was the best place to be. That being said, it could & should have been maintained better and the chairs should be replaced. It is desperately in need of maintenance outside. If the garage wasn’t supposed to be used just say so instead of having weeds growing so high they almost cover the door. Get a new cleaner to clean -not much confidence when the previous guest’s swimsuit is still hanging from the bedroom door knob.

Overall, nice stay.

Overall, our stay was nice and Grand Lake is wonderful area. I don't think our rental was vacuumed prior to use coming and I had to clean out their vacuum when I got there, and Re-vacuum and it was pretty nasty. The kitchen floor felt like it had not been mopped either, by feet were pretty dirty after being barefoot in the kitchen. Also, the pots & pans were awful... everything sticks to them. I see why they had bartender's friend underneath the sink, I spent a lot of time making sure those pans were spotless so to make sure we got our deposit back. I would not recommend it for old people and or people with hip issues, the stairs are a bit rough unless you don't plan on leaving the property a bunch (But that would be crazy). The inside stairs are very weirdly done, and not a consistent size, so definitely would use caution going up and down them. I think having to pay the cleaning fees, and then having to clean the property to stay in it, and then recleaning it before you leave kind of takes away a lot and I felt like we paid a lot of money and had to do a lot of work. It wasn't worth the price in my opinion. If they dropped the price, maybe.

Great place for a large family gathering

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were in Grand Lake staying at the Rustic Inn over Christmas. The house had a Christmas tree so we could enjoy Christmas morning with my two grandsons (9 & 7). The space suited us well as we had 4 adults and 2 children; as a bonus we could bring our 2 dogs (they had a blast as well in the winter wonderland).The house doesn't have internet; we never heard "I'm bored" as there was plenty of action to be had in the area. The circle drive proved to be a great sledding hill. We skied at Ski Granby and took a snowmobile tour in Winter Park. The reason I've given a 3 star in general condition is that the upper level bathtub leaked terribly. (all that scarce Colorado water going to waste). The electric heater in the lower level living area did not work (later found out the breaker was tripped, WE didn't think to check it). The mattress on foldout couch in the LL was not usable (needs to be replaced).

Gorgeous Views! The deck is a vibe!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house has a great location with fantastic views! The deck made the whole house worth it. Feedback: I did not like having to go into town to get the keys after a long day of travel. You will also have to take the keys back upon check out. You also will have to dispose of your own trash in town and they gave us no additional trash bags. It is a bit difficult to find at first and the rental company will not give you the exact address which is a little frustrating. They do give you a map, but it's not great. We dropped a pin and everyone in our group found it with GPS with no issues. I was disappointed we had to buy toilet paper and hand soap for the house - I felt like a basic motel would have had those accommodations. It was also a bummer that the sliding glass door was broken. I asked them about this and they told me to just use the front door and walk around to the deck. The TV also didn't work, but that was OK as we just wanted to be outside on the deck. The house was a little warm too - no fans were provided. I felt the bathrooms were not very clean! There were also bumble bees and wasps in the house.

Great property beautiful views

Had a number of issues upon check in with we had to take care of (no paper products, no cleaning supplies, some other things worked out). Property management was very responsive and compensated for our inconveniences and really tried to make everything right. We are happy with their response! Nice Property all around. Couple things that can be improved. All are suggestions and not necessarily negative. It should be stated up front that you cannot use the keypad to enter the property (like basically every rental these days) and need to pick up a key in town. You also need to drop off your garbage in town as well. Ok but other rentals in the area and even homes in this neighborhood have their own community dumpsters or individual garbage cans. It should be very clear you have to bring your garbage to a dumpster in town. All not a big deal but should be clear in the rental info before in case this might be too difficult for some folks. The need to come to get keys etc by property management has been explained in responses to others' comments is that they have to explain intricacies of the rental. Basically what was explained at the time of our rental check in were the issues with the property (we were aware of at the time) and garbage needing to be brought to town. Nothing else was difficult to understand that wasn't in writing I agreed to before coming. We always take the time to read the rules of the property, commit to them and always leave the property as good if not better than we came. Thank you for having us and letting us comment.

Great Place to Stay

This cabin was perfect for our family of 4 to bring in the New Year. The mountain and lake views were SO beautiful from the deck! It was amazing waking up and drinking coffee to that view every morning. There was plenty of space for us to spread out and it had a huge family table to eat together and play games. Highly recommend and can't wait to return!
