Séjour de 4 nuits et nous allons éviter les frais de nettoyage! Belle maison de montagne avec trois chambres et deux salles de bains. Supérieure et inférieure salon afin que chacun puisse étaler et se détendre. Grande salle à manger pour des dßners et des jeux. Profitez de la vue depuis le porche ou dans la cour avant. Cette maison a un paquet complet Directv avec chaßnes premium! Nombreuses places de parking pour les voitures et les jouets. QUATRE NUIT MINIMUM REQUIS LOCATION SUR LE 4 JUILLET VACANCES. L'ùge minimum requis pour louer cette maison est de 25 ans.

Perfect spot for day hikes in the park or exploring the local surroundings. Cabin was well equipped, spacious and great view of Grand Lake and the Rockies. Highly recommend for a quiet get away and chance to enjoy and explore both RMNP and Grand Lake.

Great Stay over 4th of July

We loved this house so much. Good views of both Shadow Mountain and Grand Lakes. Check-in and out were very easy. We will definitely consider this spot for our next stay.

Great stay. Watch out for the cow moose. She made an appearance in the driveway as she strolled down the slope. Great time even with some rain and cool temps.

Great Place to Stay

This cabin was perfect for our family of 4 to bring in the New Year. The mountain and lake views were SO beautiful from the deck! It was amazing waking up and drinking coffee to that view every morning. There was plenty of space for us to spread out and it had a huge family table to eat together and play games. Highly recommend and can't wait to return!

It would have been nice to not have to go to the office to check in and out. Great location and it was perfect for our family of five. I realize that it’s a pet friendly place but didn’t like all of the urine stains on the carpet đŸ€ź

Beautiful cabin with spectacular view!

We loved staying here
 the new deck is amazing and we loved watching the fireworks right from the deck! Great deck furniture. Well stocked kitchen! Nice grill. Loved the Keurig and Alexa! Close to town! Great time!!!!

Overall pleasing stay

The view is incredible and the property is clean & comfortable. Saw a mama and two baby deer outside one morning. Having to deal with a 3rd party rental company (lack of flexible check-in, extra paperwork, waiting weeks for security deposit refund) despite renting a VRBO is a little frustrating.

My only recommendation would be update the furniture in the downstairs living area ... very uncomfortable as you sink down about 6 inches or more ... and add a TV. We would have loved spending time there but couches were too bad.

Unbelievable views. We had such a great time sitting on the covered patio and enjoying the views. It fit our group perfectly. The check in process was easy as well as the waste disposal. Very close to downtown Grand Lake. Really the only improvement would be a new grill. The thermometer was not correct and there was essentially no regulation on the burners. It was either very high or very low. No in between. But, that was only a minor inconvenience. This home was unbelievable and I cannot recommend it highly enough. We will be back!

Everyone at Grand Mountain Rental was nice and very helpful which is a plus! The house was cozy and very clean! Only a few minor things that need an update as stated in the other reviews like the showers were very hard to get to a warm temperature and mattresses were very uncomfortable but nothing like a good update couldn't handle. Other then that we loved our stay!
