Arnold's Luxury Lake Front Condominium et Marina

Notre condo de luxe Beacon Landing de 3 chambres et 2 1/2 salles de bain se trouve sur les rives du lac Granby et comprend trois niveaux avec deux ponts supérieurs et une terrasse au rez-de-chaussée, tous avec une vue spectaculaire sur le lac Granby et les montagnes environnantes. Décoré pour s'adapter à la montagne et au lac. Le niveau supérieur est la chambre principale avec salle de bain complète et baignoire à jets chauffée. Le deuxième niveau est la cuisine, la salle à manger, le salon (barbecue à gaz sur le pont) avec la salle de bain et la laveuse / sécheuse 1/2. Le niveau d'entrée principal comprend les deux chambres avec salle de bains commune. (une avec lit queen et une avec lit double et lits superposés au-dessus). Nous sommes situés à 90 minutes de Denver, à 15 minutes de la ville de Granby et à seulement 10 minutes de la ville historique de Grand Lake. Les activités d'été et d'hiver sont nombreuses. Nos équipements de condo: Deux cheminées, téléphone, TV, DVD, cuisine complète (ustensiles de cuisine inclus). Le linge est fourni. Attaché à notre complexe de 8 unités est Beacon Landing Marina et une boutique d'appâts. 5 lacs dans cette zone. Désolé, PAS D'ANIMAUX admis.

A wonderful place to wake up

This rental exceeded our expectations in every way. Nestled in a peaceful location, it offers stunning views of the lake and surrounding mountains. It's conveniently close to Rocky Mountain National Park and the hot springs, making it an ideal home base for exploring the area. The property was impeccably clean; one of the cleanest we’ve ever stayed in. While we did experience a brief issue with the internet, the hosts responded promptly and resolved it quickly. Highly recommend!

Cozy condo

Liked the location, near the marina and pretty views of the lake. Cozy and peaceful. Only negative was the mattress in the guest bedroom( trundle bed) was not very comfortable.

Amazing Stay

You can't go wrong staying at this condo. The views were amazing from all the rooms. Easy access to the water. They had everything you would need for cooking or grilling. There is a firepit and horseshoes. We have a boat and were able to rent a slip right by the condo. Made it so easy to go boating every day. We would definitely go back. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home.

Cool and Quiet

The bed situation was a bit different from expectations. The bedroom with a single bed and trundle needs at least one nightstand. The lighting is very dim. There was no kleenex in the entire condo. We took advantage of the opportunity to take a short boat trip on Lake Granby. The views of the lake and the mountains were magnificent.

Great location for boating.

Bar stools in kitchen are stained badly. Almost all lights and corner of walls need dusted badly!!! Lots of dead bugs in window sills. Master bathroom could use fixing the toilet…seat is loose and the flusher handle is coming out. Overalll great place and enjoyed our stay but would suggest better cleaning.

Great Place On The Lake

We loved staying at this property and are still talking about the amazing layout. King suite with covered balcony on 3rd floor, Kitchen, powder room, laundry closet, family and dining room and a large covered deck with bbq grill on second floor and 2 bedrooms with full bath on main floor that had a walk out that led to the horseshoe pit and lake. Everyone had privacy and we were able to sit on the decks each day and night even in the rain because they were covered. We also had 2 parking spaces and that was nice, because they were saved for us. Bring your paddleboards and kayaks as there is a really amazing cove directly east of the condo, down a dirt road. There are a lot of bugs being close to the lake. The owners had left citronella candles for us. Colorado has had a wet summer, and knowing that we brought bug spray and bug fogger that made our stay more pleasant. The washer wasn't working while we were there but had a days notice of that and brought up an extra outfit. The kitchen was stocked with a crock pot that we used as well as many other cooking utensils and some spices. If you plan on cooking and like leftovers, bring an extra container or two, there were no Rubbermaid containers in the condo. Overall an amazing stay and we will plan to be back another time:)

Good location, no more steps please

Totally my fault but there are too many steps in this place. I should have checked this closer. My wife has a bad knee. We loved the location and it was very quiet. One thing I would ask is clean the spider webs inside and out. We had a great weekend and if it were not for the step workout we would stay again.

Beautiful location

I will start off with the positive- beautiful location, great condo with 3 bedrooms and great views of the lake. Arrived with the place not cleaned from the previous visit. It was 4th of July so very much looking forward to a vacation. Did get ahold of the property manager to let her know of the status. There was an issue with the cleaning crew calling sick and her not checking her VM that the house was not cleaned. At first I felt like the property manger was rude and did not know the importance of customer service and how to deal with a frustrating situation. I was upset and disappointed. The visit got cancelled. I was fully refunded without any issues, except the vacation insurance I had taken through VRBO. She also helped me get my laptop back that was left in the condo, so I appreciate that effort. Unfortunate situation that I think could have been handled with better customer service, but it was a beautiful condo on the lake.

Perfect location!

We had a wonderful weekend staying at this property. The inside was very well maintained and the location of the condo couldn’t be beat. The layout was wonderful for a family with plenty of room on the main level for hanging out and spending time with family.

We love this location

This is very nice property pretty spacious to accommodate couple families or family with kids We stayed at the building few time in past, this is first time at this one. One negative thing it was all full of mosquitoes or some other species like mosquitoes, every morning they will come again, we did not had bites, but its was not pleasant. I needed to clean all area outside all by myself. Other then that that is great place to stay in the area. The condo had all necessary things available. we were little short of towels and plates and coffee mags so needed to run dishwasher pretty mush after each meal.

Relaxing getaway

We had a very nice stay on Lake Granby at this townhome. It is right on or near (depending on the time of year) the water. This is a lovely and relaxing place to stay. Marina is right there.....but not loud or a problem in anyway. Fun to watch boats come and go. We enjoyed it very much.

Annual Family Trip

My family and my sister’s family started staying at Arnold’s Place in 2020. It has now become the location of our annual summer trip. If you want a quiet place with close access to Lake Granby, this place really cannot be beat. With the ability to rent a dock slip on location, it allows for us to come and go throughout the day. This year we noticed new carpet and new barstools, which helped provide a cleaner and fresher look. The kitchen has some but not all the items one needs when cooking. The location really can’t be beat for the price and accommodations provided.

Cozy with views

We stayed for an ice fishing tournament and found this property to be clean, comfortable with an easy access location. The owners were kind and great to work. This property had beautiful views, big kitchen and nice size rooms. Thanks for a great stay!

This location is wonderful, and the unit and balconies / yard are so nice. Both stays at this condo have been comfortable, and the lake and surrounding hikes are amazing. Very convenient and comfortable.

Great Weekend Getaway

Great time with grandparents and grandchildren together. Unit was clean and very spacious. The view to the lake, and sound of the wind blowing in the aspens right outside the window was so peaceful. Very nice stay.

Lake Granby

This is our second time staying here. My family and I love the quick and easy access to Lake Granby. The marina owners are very nice and helpful. The townhouse owners greet you with a nice card and bottle of wine. The townhouse is on the end, so it tends to be very nice and quiet. The townhouse is well appointed with most things that you need, as well as being reasonably clean. We tend to do a lot of cooking while we stay at these types of places, so we knew from last time that we needed to bring our own condiments, spices, etc. There are a few condiments but not many. Most the cooking ware is there, but not much for casseroles. The patios are splendid and you get a nice but slightly obstructed view of Lake Granby. There was a bit of a spider infestation this year, which limited the time we spent on the patios in the evening since that’s when all the spiders came out to play. Overall a very nice place that’s priced right for a great lake vacation.
