Discover your own oceanside oasis at this peaceful Oregon Coast retreat. Located in the Manhattan Beach area of Rockaway, this three-bedroom home boasts ocean views and easy walking distance to a huge expanse of pristine beach. Great local restaurants are just minutes away and the home offers convenient access to crabbing, hiking, and fishing. A private deck comes furnished for outdoor living and four-legged family members will appreciate the fully enclosed dog-lawn right outside the home. An outdoor shower provides a convenient spot to rinse off after trips to the beach.

The bright, updated interior comes well-appointed for modern family living with fresh design and new home appliances. Plush sofas, a fireplace, and a smart TV set the stage for casual downtime in the living area while the front foyer comes equipped with a day bed for cozy afternoon reading or naps. A full suite of stainless steel kitchen appliances are ready to handle any mealtime needs. Additional perks include free WiFi and a private washer/dryer.

The house and location were wonderful. The only negative I could say is that as we got settled we noticed some cleanliness issues we did not see at first. The bunk bed room had a blood stain on a pillow when we stripped the bed to leave. The other bunk bed had a blanket that had been peed on

Wonderful stay! Easy check in process. Perfect little beach home that was beautifully decorated and furnished, clean and well stocked, from cookware/dishes to shampoo/bodywash and laundry soap! Extra movies and board games, beach chairs and toys etc. It was a great location to the beach we could see the water right out of our kitchen window! Loved that it was dog friendly our little pup loved the beach! Great central location to all the best beaches along the Coastline. We will definitely stay here again and will recommend to friends and family!

Home away from home

This house was perfect! It had everything we needed and more! I loved that the place was super dog-friendly, the amenities, appliances and furniture was all modern and up to date. Beautiful wooden beam ceiling. It was very cozy and it felt like a home away from home. Easy access to the beach. The beach was nice and quiet. Had a really lovely and memorable stay and hope to be able to go back again. Highly recommend!!!

Awesome Stay!!

Lots of room! Even at a queen-sized mattress in the living room for my unexpected son that showed up. It was a Barely planned trip with Family from vegas and my eighty year old mother. We had a wonderful time, trip down to the actual beach is a little rough so be prepared for a scale timer.Absolutely.I wonderful time , Lots of room and and even a view from the kitchen window on even though you're 2 blocks off.

Great Thanksgiving vacation!

A great house in a wonderful little neighborhood with great beach access. The home was very well stocked with kitchenware, supplies, and great for those with dogs. We loved the ample seating options and found the home very comfy and cozy, with room for everyone. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect weekend!

The house is so cozy! We were gifted a beautiful November sunset. Bonus you can see the ocean and sunsets from the kitchen and living area. Fully stocked kitchen and bedrooms. Wouldn't change a thing!

Family Friendly Beach House

We try and vacation to the Oregon Coast at least once per year. We have stayed at this property over the past two years and we have not been disappointed. There is plenty of room for our family of four plus two dogs. We love that this is a dog friendly place and our pups can be comfortable too with us! We hope to revisit this property again.

Great location

House was at an amazing location. Right next to the beach, with a beach view from the kitchen sink! They also provided four beach chairs, and lots of beach toys, beach towels, and a yoga mat which was nice. Plenty of shower towels as well. Overall the cleanliness was okay, but there was definitely some deep cleaning things have clearly have not been done in a while like dusting. The main bedroom bed was very comfortable, and even had an adjustable base. We would definitely stay here again.

Location

We love the location of this home. A short drive to town, ocean view, and so close for all ages to walk to the beach. The outdoor shower is so smart for cleaning up after fun on the beach. This was our second stay and we were glad to be back!

My mother, two sons (+friend), partner and I enjoyed this place so much. The openness of the kitchen and living area greatly facilitated a sense of togetherness as we cooked, ate, and hung out. The closeness of the beach was a huge plus; so nice to go there and back easily. View of the ocean from the kitchen was beautiful. Beds were comfortable. Everything was tidy and clean. Wonderful location

Perfect stay in Rockaway!

This house was perfect for our stay! We had 7 people and 2 dogs in our party and the house had everything we needed for a relaxing, fun long weekend. We really enjoyed the accessibility to the beach, the home was spotless upon arrival, every appliance and kitchen gadget we needed was available, and it just overall felt very welcoming and comfortable (especially for traveling with the dogs!). Looking forward to another stay here!

**Fireplace not included, otherwise a great stay.

The ocean view from the kitchen was great. Location is quiet and quick access to beach. Couches are the good kind of sink down into. Bed was a comfortable. Nice fully fenced in yard. Only downside was the fireplace being "emergency use only". The listing sure makes it seem like it's part of the rental. It is not until you book that they tell you it's not. I would be back just not in the colder months.

Great location - hard beds

We loved this location! The kitchen, living space, and dining room were all excellent. Rhe double shower was a fun ammenity :) Only two things were an issue - one, the travle sized shampoo and conditioner were clearly left over from the last visitor (the mini bottles didn't even have enough products for one shower); and two, all of the beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. My brother opted to sleep on the couch instead of the bed.
