Peaceful and centrally-located private home. It's a 900 sqft house with 2-bedroom, 1 bathroom, open living room, fully stocked kitchen, washer & dryer, garage, and a large screened in porch that overlooks the pool.

Huge fully-fenced backyard with glistening in-ground lighted pool (non heated), large raised wooden deck.

Great location - walking distance to shopping and restaurants, and just 15 mins to the beach (Indian Rock Beach).

property was as advertised and very clean. our hostess was quick to respond to the one issue we had. The issue was not something she could have anticipated or controlled and she handled it immediately.

Summer getaway

Very clean, cute, & convenient place to stay!

The kids loved the pool! It had everything we needed like: cute beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler, hairdryer, brand new washer & dryer. Also nice touch with leaving some snacks & card. Very happy with everything!

Unbelievable stay! Super clean and decorated was so cute! Supplies on hand ! Beautiful pool and all the appliances are new! We will definitely be back here again! The host was so polite and answered all our questions immediately! Great job on your home and we appreciate the stay!

So cute! And centrally located!

This property was perfect for our stay! I loved the decor too. Had everything we needed for our 4 night stay. Our host, Anastasia, even left a handwritten note and snacks for us upon our arrival, which the kiddos were quick to gobble up after our long drive to town. The backyard and pool were amazing and made us relive things we want in our own house. Thanks so much for hosting us!

Wonderful week

This place is a little gem! The pictures don’t do it justice. We enjoyed the screened in porch during a little rain shower and had coffee outside under the pergola. The pool is wonderful ( little chilly) and the beds so comfortable. The neighborhood is great with lots of stores and restaurants near by. 5 out of 5!!!

Beautiful home

All anyone would need for an amazing vacation. Beach is about 15 mins. Towels and beach chairs are there if needed. House has all the comforts of home. Grocery store, pet store, shopping and restaurants all within walking distance! The house is in a perfect location. Best of all I was able to have my Bichon with me!!!! She enjoyed the fences in yard. Pool was beyond perfect to cool off. Please note the pool is deep for anyone with small children.

This place is great!!

Anastasia’s home was the perfect place for our Florida vacation. The house sits in a quiet neighborhood near city parks, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. We enjoyed walking our dog around the quaint neighborhood and chatting with the friendly locals. The pool was a treat! Now that we are home, we miss having coffee and watching the sunrise in the lanai. We highly recommend a stay in Anastasia’s home, and we were pleased to see that Anastasi provided just about anything a person might need. We will surely stay here again the next time we are in Florida.

Perfect Vacation Getaway!

We loved our extended weekend getaway. Pictures don’t do this home any Justice. We walked in and were amazed with the charm of this home. Nice and open space for the family to be together, also by far the cleanest home that we’ve ever been to on VRBO. I own a cleaning company, and cleanliness is always something I pay special attention to. Anastasia was super responsive with any questions we had, and the pool area and backyard were absolutely gorgeous. There was literally nothing missing in this home. Beds were phenomenal. Even asked Anastasia what kind of mattresses we were sleeping on, because they were so comfortable. We will definitely be back! Also perfect location, right in between Clearwater and St. Pete, so there’s always something different to see.

Fantastic place to stay

Owner communicated how to self check in. Wifi was easy to access. Location in Largo was very close to stores and restaurants. Publix within 5 minutes. The house is exactly like the pictures. Super cute, nicely decorated and beds soooo comfy...firm though, but that's what we like. Pool and outdoor area was very nice. Pool wasn't heated but after some really warm weather we were able to swim...we're from the north though so it seemed warm to us. I loved sitting on the screened porch to read every morning. There was soaps, spices, teas and cleaning supplies making it convenient and a savings $. Anastasia was great communicating with us too. Honestly, I wanted to stay another week but alas...had to move on to the east coast to see more family. Can't wait to return. Lovely home!!!

Well worth the money

This was a great little house in an older working class neighborhood. The home was very very clean and the television was large. Just what a guy wants :) the pool was great for relaxing and cooling off in the heat. The A/C worked great. The owner was easy to communicate with and all information provided was correct. I highly recommend this rental
