116 Laurel St.- What an awesome location! This home is located on a perfect street for walking to town and to the beach. There is a spacious back deck and yard, ideal for friends and family to gather and pets to play. The home includes 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The living area opens onto the comfortable screened porch where summer evenings will definitely be enjoyed! The home has a dining room that leads out to the back deck and opens into the kitchen. Outside there is an enclosed outside shower to wash off the sand and plenty of parking in the private driveway. What more could you want? A perfect home for making memories and enjoying all Rehoboth has to offer. This home is pet friendly with a $300 non-refundable pet fee per pet, dogs only.
A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $247.50.

All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager. You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled. As a property manager, we welcome “Special Event” rentals. All properties are individually owned and not all properties are available for “Special Event” rentals. Credit Card payments subject to 2% fee.

Check in was easy, and the house was so cute. We loved the screened in porch and is where we spent most of our time. The house was close to everything. we loved it, and would go back in a second!

Cute beach bungalow

We enjoyed our stay at this newly remodeled bungalow which is walking distance to the beach, boardwalk, and center of town. The place is small but ok for 4 adults and two dogs. Enjoyed sitting out on the screened in front porch in the afternoons. Plenty of off-street parking. Kitchen is sufficient. Appreciated the grill. Some cons: bedrooms are small- no true primary suite. The one bathroom has the tiniest shower- not sure why it wasn't enlarged during the remodel and the shower curtain rod was rusted. The yard is not entirely fenced- we still had to use tie- outs for the dogs when in the back yard. There are no mirrors in the bedrooms for dressing, fixing hair, etc. Overall nice place.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: WE loved that it was all on one floor; the kitchen and dining room is away from the bedrooms so the early birds can enjoy their morning coffee without disturbing the late sleepers. 5 minute walk to the beach, just a great overall experience.

Lovely week in Rehoboth

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved our time on Laurel Ave! The house was the perfect location for easy access to the beach and downtown Rehoboth. We parked the cars and never needed them during the week. The house was in mint condition. It was freshly renovated with brand new kitchen and appliances and super clean. We cooked dinner in a few nights and walked to dinner out, shopping, ice cream and Fun Land several nights. We enjoyed the screened porch in the mornings and the well-kept backyard in the evenings. Would definitely recommend this property and will consider it again!
