House was as described. Karen was wonderful with quick and accurate communications and very much appreciated. Location was good walkable to downtown and the beach outdoor fenced in yard was perfect for two dogs. The house was well stocked with anything you needed, and we would stay here again.

Great location to shops and restaurants. About 2/3 of a mile to the beach, but with the provided beach cart, it was no problem. After day 1, we just loaded up the car and used the parking pass to get within a block. Great a/c which is huge for a beach week. Dishwasher and clothes washer worked great. Solid kitchen and a huuuge table for family dinners. Oh and the puppy was happy too!

The house was clean, my only complaint was the primary bathroom had no hot water. The host was great. My first time in Rehoboth was excellent I will be returning again!

We’re so glad you had a wonderful vacation in Rehoboth Beach. The primary bathroom is in the front of the house. The hot water heater is in the back. It can take a little time in the morning for hot water to make it the front taps. If multiple people shower back-to-back with no rebound time, the water can run on the cooler side. Staggering shower time helps. Thanks again for staying with us.

This house did not disappoint. The kitchen was fully stalked and included garbage bags, dishwasher pods, and dish detergent.. There were also 2 large bottles of laundry detergent for our use.We had 8 adults and 4 little ones. The 360 surrounding fence gave us peace of mind and the little ones loved the freedom of going in and out. We also used the outdoor grill for dinners which was very nice.Rehoboths weekly parking pass has sky rocketed to 120 for a week. We arrived in four cars. We easily parked three in the driveway, kept one on the road and if needed would switch out the pass , which was suppled by the owners. The house is further back , as we knew, so we made good use of our bikes. There are two playgrounds in walking distance and we took advantage of those, a lot..I would most definitely recommend this house.

The privacy fence is a great bonus for pets and kids being able to go out safely. The nearby playgrounds are a nice diversion if the kiddos aren’t worn out by the beach and boardwalk. Family Beach Vacation

Our group ranged in age from 70 to 12 years old and the house was a perfect fit for us. Property was sparkling clean and check-in a breeze. Hosts are wonderful. Would definitely stay here again!

Loved the house. Needed something with bedrooms on one floor. Fit our needs very well. Owners were very responsive.We booked again for next year and would like to see some spraying for bugs. So many spiders and mosquitoes!

We are glad you had a great vacation despite your complaints. We accurately describe the distance as three and a half blocks to the beach. The tot lot a few blocks away is nice for children to enjoy. We are a little surprised that you feel “communication during stay could have been better.” We provide exceptionally detailed check-in instructions and house rules. And a follow-up “Ready, Set, Go” note the night before check-in with reminders. We were in communication with you via text and the Vrbo app throughout your stay -- including the courtesy of offering you early check-in. As for the propane, we clearly state in our house rules the following: “We start the season with a full propane tank and that is usually enough for the whole summer. The only time the tank has run out is when someone forgot to turn the gas off, so please remember to turn the gas off after using the grill. If the propane tank is empty, you can purchase a refill, email me a copy of the receipt, and we will reimburse you. Refills can be bought at home improvement stores on Route 1. You should bring the empty tank with you to trade in.” Thanks again for staying with us. Enjoy the rest of your summer.

Spacious 1 story home perfect for adults, kids, and pups. Fenced yard which was much enjoyed by the whole family. Perfect location. Walking distance to beach and downtown rehoboth. Owners have excellent communication and provided great info on local festivities.

Rehoboth visit

Happinest was a great place for our family of 6. Rented our sheets and towels so we didn’t have to wash the ones from the house. Plenty of space to spread out. Short walk to very nice beach and great restaurants. Close to TOT Lot.

This was a perfect house for our family. Very clean and comfortable. Walking distance to everything. Very helpful owners. Would highly recommend this home.

We have owned our beloved beach house for 20+ years and have been Rehoboth Beach goers all our lives. Our goal has been to equip it and care for it as if we lived in it full-time. Keeping it maintained and comfortably furnished is important. We want our guests to feel at home.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We bought this property after many years of renting others in Rehoboth. Having stayed in many parts of Rehoboth, we particularly liked South Rehoboth. It has trees, but is not overly shady. It doesn't get any more convenient in terms of walking to all the amenities. It is ideal for a nice relaxed beach visit.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Our house has some unique benefits that make it desirable over others. First, we are pretty much the only property that has been allowed to have a six foot privacy fence facing the frontage. Dinners and drinks on the patio do not endure the scrutiny of those strolling the neighborhood. Second - I believe we are also pretty much the only house that is all one level and does not require any steps to enter the property. Although not a main concern when we purchased the house, it has been a blessing as we and our family members have aged.
