Beach Retreat - 2 / Bed 2 / Bath Condo Ocean Views

Ce grand condo de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain avec une vue magnifique sur l'océan depuis le salon et la chambre principale. L'unité comprend 2 grands espaces de vie avec cuisine complÚte et 2 salles de bains. La spacieuse chambre King est. un endroit idéal pour se détendre aprÚs une longue journée sur la plage. Séjour minimum de 4 nuits en saison, séjour minimum de 3 nuits hors saison. Nous nous réjouissons de vous accueillir prochainement.

Situé dans l'édifice Stuart Kingston sur la promenade de Rehoboth Beach. Les clients ont réservé une place de stationnement hors rue et reçoivent également un laissez-passer de stationnement pour le stationnement dans la rue.

Perfect Location

Condo was wonderful, perfect location with beautiful views. Kitchen is very well stocked with dishes and pots and pans. You do need to bring your own paper products and cleaners because it isn’t supplied for you. Beds were comfortable as well as living room furniture. We enjoyed our stay and David was a breeze to work with.

Nice clean condo & super location

Great ocean front property

The property was great. The two ocean front balconies was really great since we had a cold rainy weekend. We didn’t mind it at all because we had everything we needed right in the condo. Plenty of glassware to make any kind of drink, plenty of dishes to accommodate 8 people (once you discover all the cabinets. The master bedroom was really quite nice! Being right on the boardwalk is nice. We all agreed we would be more than happy to stay here again!

On the beach

What a good choice! The view from the living space and master bedroom is just like the photo. The only thing between you and the beach is the boardwalk. The condo is spacious, has many closets and available storage. Kitchen has pots, pans, dishes, cutlery and glasses. (Bring or buy plastic if you have small children.) This condo is an easy walk to the boardwalk and many other restaurants and shops. David is responsive and helpful. We enjoyed our week together here!

Nice Family Getaway

Grenoble Getaway

Grenoble Place was a wonderful place! It was clean, had plenty of room and the view is amazing! We were there in the off season and the neighbors were quiet. Once in the condo, you feel like you are in a home. It had all of the amenities that we needed. We will be back!

Great Ocean view

Absolutely gorgeous view of the ocean from this spacious place. Town is 1/2 mile away so very accessible. Would definitely stay there again. We watch the Pet parade and the Eagles without leaving the house.

Great get away!

David, the property manager was wonderful, which set the tone for the week-end! The property is beautiful, updated and comfortable-the views spectacular (despite beach reclamation project). Short walk on the boardwalk to restaurants, shopping, and the heart of the quaint town. Perfect pre-season get away!

Pictures can't capture the beautiful view

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo in Rehoboth Beach. The condo is unique in that it is 2 floors and has plenty of room for family. The kitchen was decently appointed, beds comfortable, and the balconies had adequate seating to enjoy the magnificent view and location. We'd be happy to return!

Perfect August Vacation

We have previously stayed in a unit at this location, I have to say this unit exceeded our expectations. Many updates, well stocked. The bathroom was perfect for washing kids after a long day on the beach. The balcony looks out directly over the beach. David was prompt and accommodating, we look forward to many more vacations in RB.

Great location but dirty

Great location but could use a good cleaning. There was dog hair all over the rugs and dirty hand prints on the walls. And the outside door was very difficult to use the key. It was a nice place but very dirty.

Spacious unit, prime location

This unit was perfect for our 8-person family. We enjoyed the well-appointed kitchen and proximity to beach and boardwalk. Unit was clean and comfortable, although some shelves and closets apparently had not been dusted in a while. Our host was promptly responsive when a lock somehow engaged when a sliding door was closed, locking us out on a balcony. We hope to return next summer!

Exceeded my Epxpectations

It is not often that things live up to expectations, but this vacation condo exceeded all of mine. The ocean view is spectacular and the boardwalk location makes it very easy to walk to the main strip. The main living areas are spacious and the beds and furniture are very comfortable. The kitchen is modern, clean, and sleek.The owners made getting into the property very easy. We all had a wonderful time at this property and recommend it highly.

It's the best location on the beach!

David was extremely accommodating and easy to communicate with. The balcony views in the living room and the master bedroom were well worth the trip. There is nothing like hearing the waves and the sunsets were breath-taking. The location was perfect. The house is just a hop skip and a jump from the beach and some really great restaurants. The only thing that would have made this property better would be if they provided paper products, linens and cleaning supplies, which was all listed in the description and contract. It just made it difficult for packing. Having said that, we would gladly stay here again. It is by far the best location on the boardwalk.

Beautiful view if the ocean

Lovely condo. Very clean. Amazing view of the ocean from living room and master bedroom balconies. We had three rainy days during our week, but it didn’t matter because we could sit on the covered living room balcony and still feel like we were at the beach. We will definitely rent again. Thanks to David for being so helpful.
