Every space has been well thought out with you in mind! Comfortable bedding, attractive home decor, light and airy yet seating for a whole family (sectional sofa, dining table for 8, bar stools in the kitchen). 3 Spacious bedrooms (bed 1) King, (bed 2) Queen, and (bed 3) one Queen, one Full and two Twins; two spacious bathrooms, washer and dryer, and home entirely trusted appliance brands. Access to use the following beach accessories: 1a 0x10 tent, small umbrella, four beach chairs, beach towels, toys, and a beach cart to carry it all. All you need to enjoy your time and want to return!

There is a screened patio and a deck for catching fresh air or building a fire, all with a gorgeous marsh view! TVs throughout the home and a sound bar—we're only missing you!

Fort Morgan has several restaurants and shops. 3 miles from Kiva Dunes Golf Course and The Beach Club Spa and restaurants. 4 miles from the Marina and 6 miles from the Ferry to Dauphin Island

Enjoy dolphin cruises, tiki cruises, pirate ships, trampoline park, go to alligator alley or the zoo. Go to the Wharf and OWA with the new indoor water park and roller coasters or Gulf shores has Waterville outdoor water park. Try Alvin’s Island amusement park or to Gravity Island water park!

Fort Morgan is also home to a big masonry fort which offers a tour and educational opportunities. This is a prime location for a hands-on history lesson. This military memorial commemorates important battles during the Civil War. Be sure to spend some time exploring the on-site museum with interesting exhibits about the history of the area as well as the site tours.

Being in this property you can finally relax the kids can go outside and play while you cook or sit and have a cup of coffee or a margarita what ever your hear desires. Just take a short walk to the pool. No going up and down elevators waiting for everyone to get ready at one time , here there is freedom you all have a TVs in each room to relax or watch something different. The family will love the bunk bed room , each room is so spacious and carefully decorated so you feel like you are being treated like a princess or a prince!
Two different Pools if people want to go in different directions for a few hours. We welcome golf carts in our community, so much fun going up and down the trails to and from the beach, our trail from the We have a game room at the main pool for the kids to spend their holiday money. You can ride your bike in this community, or go to the close bike trails. Just come enjoy the the high life ,the comforts of home all at the same time while on vacation with your family.
