Grande escapade en famille!

Professionnellement décoré, non-fumeur, les animaux de compagnie, 4/3 front de mer, privé, duplex / condo avec piscine pour enfants, situé à quelques pas de vierge Ft. Plage Morgan. Ce front de mer "à domicile" capture tout ce que vous pourriez souhaiter dans un voyage de rêve.

Avec hauts plafonds, les chambres spacieuses et la chambre a une vue imprenable sur le golfe. Avec environ 2 450 pieds carrés d'aire ouverte salon et une salle à manger séparée, cette maison offre beaucoup d'espace pour tout le monde à la fois intérieur et extérieur. Notre 500 pieds carrés. Pont dispose d'un mobilier d'asseoir et boire votre café / grog, regarder les dophins, et jouer aux cartes.

Manger dans la cuisine de la cuisinière avec bar / tabourets est bien équipée avec tout ce que vous pourriez avoir besoin. Une salle à manger de 6 personne distincte offre beaucoup de salle à manger et des sièges supplémentaires ouverts au salon voisin. Le grand espace de vie offre un canapé-lit queen et des chaises pour tout le monde. L'étage principal contient un lit queen size chambre avec vue sur l'océan et se connecte à la salle de bain de l'étage principal.

Le deuxième niveau spacieuse compose de 3 chambres ... Une grande chambre de maître le roi avec coin salon, une grande salle de bain privée et une terrasse couverte avec vue sur l'océan. La 2ème chambre voisine offre un lit queen size et une salle de bain partagée avec la chambre avec lits superposés. Cette 3ème "superposés" chambre se compose d'un lit queen, et un jumeau sur un lit superposé complet avec de grandes fenêtres et une autre vue sur l'océan magnifique.

Chaque chambre contient une télévision et DVD pour votre plus grand plaisir, ainsi que WiFi pour ceux qui doivent rester branché.

We had a wonderful stay at this home with our extended family of ten. The layout was perfect for our group — plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. The location was great, just a short walk to the beach, and the pool was a definite highlight for the kids!There were a few minor maintenance issues and the upstairs did get a bit warm during the day, but nothing that took away from our overall experience. The house was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for a beach vacation.We made some great memories here and would definitely consider staying again!

It is off the beach however it is a very short walk. It is beside the pool which we enjoyed. The beach was not crowded and we left our things up all week. The property wasn’t ready when we arrived but it was a busy season. The condo was as described and well equipped. Perfect place for a family on an uncrowded beach but close enough to drive to gulf shores. We enjoyed the large deck and family time.

Great low key place to stay. Short walk to the beach. Beach was never crowded. Plenty of space for 12 people to spread out and relax. We had a great time and would highly recommend!

Perfect vacation get-a-way!

We all enjoyed this house. Perfect size, location, friendly relaxed beach decor and the fun of having our 2 small dogs stay with us. The kitchen was great, the table just right for hanging out, having snacks and late night games of Rook!

Great Property - Awesome Beach

Our family enjoyed a relaxing stay at this Ft. Morgan property. The home had plenty of space for 9 adults. The white sand beach was beautiful. Great for wildlife watching. We saw dolphins, rays, sand dollars, pelicans, skimmers and ospreys. Definitely would stay here again.

It was a very nice place on a secluded beach, the only issue was some cigarette smoke smell in the master bedroom. Overall though we would stay there again!

Fantastic

Myself and nine of my friends stayed hear over a weekend to celebrate me getting married. The beach doesn’t get crowded in this location, and the unit was very nice and had plenty of room.

Best Family Vacation

We had the best experience for the first at Fort Morgan. The rental house met all our expectations. I had messaged the owner about high chairs and a pack n play. She did not have one at the time but purchased both before our stay. So nice and friendly people.

Fantastic and beautiful, very private place and what can I say about the house? The photos don't really do it justice. Beautiful, everything you need is at hand. Extremely spacious and clean. Just a few steps from the ocean, you can relax. It's like an oasis, but you have everything at hand. I give it an 11 out of 10.

Nice vacation house

The owner was amazing and check in was easy. The location was great just a short walk to the beach. The kitchen had all we needed plus some. The only downside was that the house wasn’t very clean. We also found no cleaning supplies like a broom or dish rags or dish towels. Over all a great place to stay and we would like to stay here again sometime.

Loved the private beach!!

We had a fantastic weekend! Greatly enjoyed the house and the easy walk to the beach. We had 13 people with us ranging in age from 10 to 78!! Check in and check out was super easy. Would recommend having the air turned down a little bit. It was 78 when we arrived and it took all night to cool down!! Thanks so much!

Fort Morgan Family Gathering

Lotsa Sand is a great place to vacation! We had a wonderful time playing in the Gulf. The water was almost as clear as the pool! It was perfect for all ages. The beach was beautiful and not a long walk away, even for us old folks. It was so nice not to have to compete for beach space too. With only 4 condos and a couple of other houses sharing the space it was really almost private. Pool time was like that too! The condo is laid out well for privacy as well as large open areas for group gatherings. Well equipped kitchen! Nice large fridge. Plenty of parking room underneath and outside. All in all many happy memories were made here!

Great location, nice pool, lots of space

Our group of 10 adults, 1 baby, and 2 dogs had a blast at this condo. The pool was great, and the beach is a short walk (1 minute) away. The condo has plenty of space for sleeping, relaxing, hanging out, and lots of eating room. The only issue we encountered was that the dishwasher didn't work. There was a stinky pool of water at the bottom. I'm sure the owner will have this taken care of soon.

Loved the location

Overall this was a great get away with my family. The house itself was beautiful from first glance but when you looked closer you could see imperfections. The cleaning crew is not doing the best job in the kitchen. We found a lot of the kitchen items to still have old food on them. The location was secluded and you definitely have to pay attention when you are about to turn it. There was plenty of beds/bedrooms for 4 adults and 7 children. Plenty of parking too, we had 2 cars and 2 trucks that fit nicely in our space. The beach was a short walk and the museum was a short drive. The food at sassy bass was really good. Would definitely come back.

A wonderful getaway

Lotsa Sand was a great house for our group of 10. We loved the proximity to the beach, the view from the balcony, and the younger kids enjoyed the pool. This house is about 30 minutes from downtown Gulf Shores, so if you like to hop in the car and go shopping, this may not be the house for you. HOWEVER, because this house is far away from larger condos and developments, it feels like you have your own private beach. We needed a place to simply get away from the hustle and bustle, and this house was perfect. The Sassy Bass marketplace was within walking distance and had many essentials. At present, our daytime neighbors were fairly noisy construction workers who continue to rebuild after a hurricane, but that won’t last long. Advice I’d give is to remember that the homeowners give you enough tissue and dishwasher detergent to get through 1 day- so bring those kind of things with you. We enjoyed our time here and would recommend this house.

The location and condo were terrific! There was plenty of room, and the bedrooms were configured well for our family of 2 married couples, 2 young adult single women, and one single man...quite hard to accomplish sometimes! In the kitchen we would liked to have had a tea kettle and a large skillet. We had to use the 3 small ones for all of the food we were sauteing. Flat screen HD TVs would be a nice addition at some time, also. Additionally, there was a plastic bowl under the disposer in the kitchen sink that had nasty smelling brown water in it. I assume the disposer is leaking. Someone REALLY needs to see about that. Other than those few small items, everything else was in great working order! There was plenty of sitting room for everyone in the greatroom, and we really enjoyed the open floor plan on the main floor. Our dog also enjoyed being out on the decks and being able to go to the beach! It' really hard to find a pet-friendly beach and house! Thanks!

Peaceful Coastal Retreat Just Steps from the Beach

We loved our stay here! The location is perfect—just a short 30-minute drive to Gulf Shores and only steps from the beach, with stunning views of the ocean right from the property. It was such a treat to wake up to the sound of the waves and enjoy the scenery throughout the day. One of our favorite features was the private deck off the primary bedroom—perfect for morning coffee or relaxing in the evening. The kitchen was well-equipped and made cooking meals easy, though a few extra kitchen towels would have been nice. There was plenty of comfortable seating for everyone, and the space felt private and peaceful. Another highlight was the pool, which is only shared with the connecting condos—so it felt like our own little oasis. We would definitely stay here again!

We are a military family of six and currently live in Charlottesville, VA. We bought this 'home' because we love the beach and hope to share it with our family and other 'beachy' people.

We love the beach...and Ft. Morgan is the best of both worlds...1) private, but 2) in close proximity to just about anything you need or want to do!!
