Beautiful view, great beach access, easy access. The bed is not comfortable at all (and I can sleep anywhere) and if you do get comfortable and move an inch the squeaking will wake you up A bed upgrade would be great!

Ok place

The unit itself was cute and had a beautiful view. It was easy to get to and the amenities of the place were nice. The beds weren’t very comfortable, but doable. We didn’t have hot water the first day/night of our stay, but someone was out the next day to fix it. The wifi never worked. On our last day the ac went and while they did send someone out to repair it, there was no repair done.

Enjoyed the view the most

Property was as described. You cannot get any closer to the beach and the views are top notch! Check in was super easy and went very smoothly. Overall the unit was clean except for under the dining table there was a slick residue and the sliding door appeared to be smeared with maybe a cleaning product not used for glass. Not a huge deal though. The bed was a little creaky but overall comfortable. Just a couple things we noted is maybe a couple more kitchen utensils in the kitchen. Bathroom sink hand soap available and also a bathtub stopper. Maybe consider a curtain or blind for the sliding doors just for a little added privacy. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this unit to family/friends.

Valentines getaway

This home has a wonderful view of the ocean. Spacious. The only complaints I have is that the floor needed to be mopped better andthe cabinets wiped down better.The master bed is very firm and very noisy until you get settled at least. The door knobs need repaced/adjusted, I thought I was locked in.The bathroom wascleaned and nicely least

Nice Place

Family beach trip

Overall it was a very nice and clean place and right on the beach. The only complaint I have is that we had to climb the stairs to get to our room and the front screen door wouldn’t close. Our family enjoyed it very much. I recommend to anyone to stay here. Thank you for such a relaxing place to have our family trip

If you want quiet seclusion

Our family had never been to Topsail Beach, but knew we wanted to get away with not a lot of touristy attractions. Topsail is a quiet, peaceful beach. The condo we stayed in was perfect and met all of our needs. Management was super helpful as well. Relaxing time well spent.

Topsail Tropical Haven

The condo was cozy but well laid out. The much needed air conditioning was great. The view was wonderful. Didn't realize there was not an elavator, so that was a little hard on a bad knee with a second floor unit. Would suggest that the sofa be replaced as it has lost much of it's structure and you sink in when you sit on it. Would definately, stay there again.

View was amazing, the rest, not so much.

The view off the balcony was fantastic and we really enjoyed our time out there. However, the complex is showing its age. When we arrived, the unit had not been cleaned. There was pizza still in the fridge and all the linens were stripped. We had to call Vacasa and wait on a call back from the local office that never came. About an hour later a cleaning person showed up and seemed surprised that we were there, and said “yeah, we haven’t gotten to this one yet but I can do it now if you want.” So we left for an hour or so while they cleaned. After cleaning the unit was okay cleanliness wise. There’s a damp smell that lingers though. The bed is terrible. Very loud at every movement, and you’re only provided with one pillow per person. The linens have a 1960’s hospital vibe. The beach is good though. We ended up only staying one night our of the three nights we booked, opting instead to find a hotel.
