We had a great time, excellent communication with the owner, the property was as described, perfect for our family of 3, beautiful pools, easy beach access, accessible with an elevator, location was great, restaurant on site was delicious, very kid friendly, activities for kids over the weekend, luggage carts were helpful and having laundry in the unit was an added bonus. Definitely would return!

Super disappointed with this rental. It was fairly clean, air-conditioning worked well. The rest of it was surprisingly disappointing. There was absolutely nothing there included toilet paper and dish soap to make it easy for us to spend three days there and the host didn’t communicate that we were going to have limited resources. There was a half a roll of paper towels and a tablespoon of dish soap. The furnishings were dated and worn and the bed was horrible. The linens were cheap and the covers on the mattress and the pillows felt like you were sleeping on newspaper. Additionally, the faucet in the bathroom was so broken. They had to do a video to explain to you how to do it. Her rental was ridiculous would not recommend.

We also take your comments about the furnishings, linens, and the bathroom faucet seriously. We are actively assessing the condition of the furniture and bedding to ensure our accommodations are comfortable. The instructional video for the faucet was intended to be helpful, but we recognize that a fully intuitive, seamless experience is preferred, and we are addressing the necessary repairs. The perfect place to spend a long weekend! Absolutely breathtaking pools and the unit is perfect for a couple. Very clean with a spectacular view from the living room or balcony. We will definitely go back.

Great Location!

The property itself had all of the basics covered, the balcony provided an oceanfront view and the large pool was amazing! The owner was excellent to work with and explained where to find everything which made for a seamless check in.

Wonderful property. Host was quick to respond to questions. Would stay here again. One suggestion would be to have chairs that sit higher on the porch to have an unobstructed view of the beach instead of the low sitting Adirondack chairs that are there now.

Last minute holiday weekend trip.

Our first trip to Topsail / Surf City area. The condo was exactly as listed. It was the perfect one bedroom oceanfront property for us. My son and I slept very comfortably in the bedroom. His Auntie had no problems getting a good nights rest on the fold out sofa. The beach, restaurant, and pools made us feel like we were in the Caribbean. We will absolutely return soon!

Poor mattress on queen size bed. No place to hang wet bathing suits, towels, bathrobes etc. shower in bathroom difficult to turn on and to control. Coffeemaker needs to be replaced. No staples such as oil or seasonings.

Thank you for your feedback on your stay. I apologize for the issues you experienced with the mattress, shower, and coffeemaker. We are already addressing these problems by replacing the mattress and coffeemaker and having a plumber fix the shower. We'll also be adding more hooks for towels and bathing suits and will consider providing some basic kitchen staples. We appreciate you bringing these items to our attention and hope to host you again for a much better experience.

The fit and finish was not very good. I had to fix the shower faucet to get it to work before showering. Also, the cleaning was not very good either. Shower was dirty. Doors were not cleaned. The unit and the property were not very clean.
