Pittsburgh Espresso is a newly renovated, fully furnished, end-unit townhome ideal for singles or couples who want fast access to downtown Pittsburgh. Enjoy walkability to restaurants, nightlife, and Starbucks before coming home to your own corner of the city. Professionally decorated with exposed brick and locally-inspired urban decor.
Easy access to UPMC Hospitals, Allegheny Health Network (AHN/AGH) Hospitals, Duquesne University, University of Pittsburgh, Carnegie Mellon University, Carlow University, Chatham University, and downtown Pittsburgh.
Minutes from Acrisure Stadium (Pittsburgh Steelers), PNC Park (Pittsburgh Pirates), and PPG Paints Arena (Pittsburgh Penguins).
Highmark, PNC, PPG, US Steel, and Alcoa headquarters are less than a 10-minute drive.
Cultural District venues, including the Benedum Center, the Byham Theater, Heinz Hall, the O'Reilly Theater, the August Wilson Cultural Center, and the Greer Cabaret Theater are also less than 10 minutes away by car.

The kitchen features a custom central island with counter seating for 4, dishwasher, full-sized refrigerator, microwave, Keurig, and oven with induction cooktop. Brand-new cabinets contain carefully selected cookware, serve-ware, and place settings.
Out back is a small private deck that steps down to an enclosed brick patio.
Street parking is readily available.
Parking immediately in front of the home's entrance requires that the vehicle's license plate be registered with the city, which is a process we are happy to facilitate for longer stays. There is also *free* (no permit needed) street parking in the next block and in many areas nearby. For quick stops (to unload groceries, for example), the neighboring alley is also a convenient temporary option.
The adjoining unit, which has an identical floor plan, is also available for short-term or monthly rentals (contact us for details). The two units share the enclosed back patio.
Please note, because the enclosed back patio is shared, we can't allow pets that require a yard. Some indoor-only pets, or dogs that only go outside on leashes, can be accommodated for an additional fee. Unfortunately we can't allow cats.
For stays longer than 30 days, professional cleaning -- which includes linen changes if desired -- is available every-other-week for an additional fee and the schedule is flexible for your convenience. Please reach out to hear about discounted pricing for longer stays.

I fell in love with the classic Pittsburgh look of this townhome! And I'm intrigued by its history. We've had it completely refreshed and everything is new!

The location of this property is amazing. It's on the edge of the city and offers easy access to downtown, Duquesne, UPMC hospitals, and everything Pittsburgh has to offer.
The next-door unit is nearly identical and also available to rent. The enclosed back courtyard is shared between the 2 units, but otherwise they are entirely separate homes. Please reach out if you are interested in renting them both together.
