Nice, fully furnished room in the Copper Hills area. Commerce nearby as well as Trax. We just want respectful and clean people that can follow simple living rules. All bills are included as well as a parking space.
For those on a budget, this is a great deal; reasonably clean and convenient, but read the ad carefully. The home owner--who lives upstairs--is a nice lady, but despite what vrbo ads say, she has rules. My primary complaints: 1. You share bathroom and shower with other renters. 2. Lotsa noise from upstairs. 3. Terrible communication about checkin/out. You get what you pay for, and for its cost, this was a fine place to stay.
My 75 year old mother stayed for 12 days while her apartment construction was being completed.
The room is good, the location is great and communication with Paulo was prompt and extremely accommodating.
I would have appreciated knowing that the space, including a bathroom, is shared with potentially 2 other people. No shoes are allowed in the space, slippers required. No visitors. As my son and I were helping move my aging motherâs thing into the room, Doris let us know that no visitors were allowed, I did not feel that I could visit my mom or assist her with anything she needed. There was a smoke detector that chirped almost the entirety of my motherâs stay. The room was incredibly warm, when she opened her window she was asked to close it. She tried to close the vent but was unable to cool the space without a cracked window. When a flashlight was shined outside her window she knew her open window was being managed.
I canât stress enough that Paulo was great to communicate with. His mom, Doris, while very nice to your face is a bit over the top and is a micromanager. The house rules should be posted on the VRBO page and not come as a surprise once booked.
