Guest Access:
Guests have full private access to the entire home, including:
• All 6 bedrooms & 5 bathrooms
• Gourmet kitchen + lower-level kitchenette

• Backyard, outdoor kitchen, swim spa & BBQ
• Garage with ski storage and gear

Garage door openers and entry keys will provided. Snow removal and spa maintenance are already included in the rent. Extra house cleaning service can be provided upon request. The house is already serviced for pest control, plumbing and heating services. The host will be in direct contact with the guests to ensure their most enjoyable stay in the beautiful Cottonwoods Height area.

Prior to checking in the guests will receive instructions on how to access the property. As part of the check-in process, guest will be asked to sign a monthly lease, acknowledgment of staying at a pet and smoke free house and also understanding that the house is not child or baby-proof.
