Lovely Coastal 2 Bedroom Gem with Pool

I'm what South Carolinians refer to as a "come-ya" which is a new resident versus a "been-ya" who was born here and whose family has lived here for generations. My family and I chose to live here after a visit a couple of years ago when we fell in love with the natural beauty, the food, the people, the culture, the beaches, and the weather.

Moving here was a challenge though when it came to finding real estate because apparently everyone decided to come to Charleston too! We had a long and unpredictable building process which forced us into temporary quarters a little longer than we expected. I knew from that experience that I wanted to offer a place where families just coming to the area could find peace, comfort, tranquility, and a home away from home.
