Prime location for tons of outdoor activities - close to golf courses, fishing piers, tennis courts/basketball courts, a picnic/grill area, and of course easy beach access!

*The main AC is connected to the thermostat in the living room with an additional AC unit in the bedroom for maximum temperature control.

Condo is located on the first floor of the building.

Keyless Entry - guests will be provided a door code for easy access.

Parking lot directly in front of the building. There is a parking pass provided that must be visible in your car at all times while in the complex parking lot. Pass must be returned at the end of your stay or fee will be assessed.

Access to the beach, community tennis courts & basketball courts, grill/picnic area.

Owner is available through the app at any time during your stay.

Something to note: High tide does come up to the base of the deck, so there will be times that you may not be able to sit on the beach directly in front of the condo, but there is a larger beach right near Building 1 that is accessible during high tide.
Guests are required to observe and adhere to all posted warnings and HOA rules throughout the property and on the beach.

ANIMALS: Absolutely no pets of any kind. This is a strict HOA policy for guests (owners are permitted to have pets that are registered with the association and must wear special tags, so you may see pets on the premises during your stay). *Emotional Support Animals (ESA) are NOT permitted. If you have a Service Animal, our HOA requires the animal to be registered with them prior to arrival. You will be asked to provide a description (approximate size and breed). ** If an unregistered animal is reported in the unit, you will be responsible for: $200 fine per day. **

Inclement Weather Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds for pending inclement weather. If the Island is closed/evacuated we will provide refunds for the entire/balance of your stay.

Endemic pest disclaimer: There are several pests that are endemic to the Topsail area. The HOA is treated for such pests on a regular basis and our unit undergoes routine cleaning, often multiple times per week. While rare, the occasional pest may make its way into or around the unit. In this case, pests are not a sign of uncleanliness, rather a natural occurrence. The condo will be clean upon your arrival, however, we cannot provide a 100% guarantee that a rare pest sighting may occur.
