The living room's sofa bed rounds things out to a real 7-guest capacity, so the whole crew fits without anyone camping on the floor.



The kitchen was recently redone with stone counters and full appliances — no fighting over counter space before a beach day, no takeout every night because the kitchen can't keep up. It's a real kitchen, ready for a real vacation's worth of cooking.



One honest note: at high tide, the beach directly in front of the building narrows quite a bit — still swimmable and still oceanfront, but if a wide stretch of sand for lounging all day matters most, plan around the tide charts or head a few minutes toward Surf City's broader public accesses. Guests who've stayed here love it anyway — it just helps to know before you arrive.



And then there's the resort itself — really the second half of this listing. Two pools (one covered and heated, so weather doesn't end your pool day), a sauna, a fitness room, and an indoor game room with a pool table, foosball, and air hockey, plus an arcade for the kids — or the adults who won't admit they're having more fun. You’ll find yourself lulled to sleep by the sound of the ocean in the two bedrooms. The spacious master boasts a queen bed with a triple bunk bed and a separate seating area, perfect for catching up on social media or just enjoying a few minutes alone. The en-suite bath offers an upgraded vessel sink and tub/shower. The second bedroom offers a king bed and uses the hall bath with a vessel sink and tub/shower. Both bedrooms have private deck access and flat-screen TVs

Relax in the comfortable seating group consisting of a sofa that opens to a queen-sized bed and loveseat. Take in your favorite TV show or movie on the flat-screen TV. Or maybe you’ll just choose to sit and take in that fabulous view! You’ll find this area a lovely spot to talk about the day’s fun while planning for the next day’s activities. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine relaxing on the oceanfront balcony as you listen to the waves crashing against the shore and the seagulls chattering.

The kitchen is fully equipped with upgraded new cabinets, and natural countertops along with everything you’ll need to prepare the family’s meals and snacks. A wet bar serves as a perfect coffee station. The formal dining table seats 6 and is perfectly situated to take advantage of the incredible view. You’ll have the best seat in the house for every meal! We provide the cookware and kitchen essentials; please plan to bring or purchase your own cooking oil and spices.

The 2 bathrooms feature a shower and tub combination. As a thoughtful touch, an essential starter pack of paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toilet paper awaits you upon arrival. Feel free to use them during your stay, and if you run out, you can easily find replacements at nearby stores.



Guest Access:

You'll have full access to the entire condo — both bedrooms, both bathrooms, the living area, kitchen, and your private oceanfront balcony — plus full run of the resort amenities: both pools, the sauna, fitness room, indoor game room, arcade, pickleball and basketball courts, putting green, bocce court, playground, and direct beach access. The building has an elevator, so hauling beach gear and luggage up and down is never an issue. As your host, I'm a Superhost who responds quickly — if anything comes up, you'll hear back from me fast, not a call center.



Parking is available on-site for guests. The resort also offers 6 shared EV charging stations if you're driving electric — first-come, first-served, so plan to charge overnight or early in the day if you're relying on one.



The Neighborhood:

North Topsail Beach sits in a sweet spot on the North Carolina coast — quiet enough to relax, close enough to real towns that you're never stuck. Surf City is about 10 minutes south, with its own pier, restaurants, and a walkable beach-town strip worth an evening. Sneads Ferry, known for shrimp boats and laid-back waterfront seafood, is roughly 15-20 minutes away. History and nature lovers should carve out a half-day for Hammocks Beach State Park, about 30 minutes away — you catch a passenger ferry over to Bear Island, one of the last truly undeveloped barrier islands on this stretch of coast. If you're visiting service members connected to Camp Lejeune, Jacksonville, NC is around 25-30 minutes out. For a bigger day trip — historic downtown, the Riverwalk, and the USS North Carolina Battleship — Wilmington is about 45-50 minutes south. Plenty to fill a week without ever needing to leave the resort.



Getting Around:

The easiest way to get around is by car. Ride-Sharing services like Uber and Lyft are also available.



Other Things to Note:

Please treat the condo and resort amenities with the same care you'd want from the next guest. Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM out of respect for neighboring units. No smoking inside the condo. No parties or events — this is a residential resort community, not an event venue. Maximum occupancy is 7 guests. Pool, sauna, and beach access come with standard safety expectations: no lifeguard on duty, so please supervise children closely near the water and pool areas. Check-in is after 4 PM, check-out by 10 AM. Please leave the kitchen tidy and take trash to the designated area before you go. We'd love to host you — help us keep this place special for the next family, too.



Interaction with Guests:

You'll have the entire unit by yourselves! There will be no interaction with guests unless a request is made for additional services. But, we are always available via messages & phone.
