# 2110 Topsail Dunes est un condo au premier étage en bel état avec une vue magnifique sur la plage et l'océan! Regardez les dauphins jouer dans les vagues. Magnifique plage avec une pente douce dans l'océan.

Le condo est au même niveau que la plage et il n'y a qu'un seul escalier vers le haut du stationnement! Unité récemment rénovée avec parquet et balcon privé. Deuxième unité de la promenade. Très proche de la piscine. Comprend des planches de bodyboard, skimboard, chaises de plage, jouets de sable. Cuisine entièrement équipée. TV / DVD dans la salle familiale et la chambre. Laveuse / sécheuse dans le couloir. La serrure à code à bouton-poussoir sur la porte avant élimine les tracas des clés! Notre condo est en excellent état et très pratique. La plage est magnifique, paisible, peu fréquentée et familiale.

Lit queen dans la chambre; lit superposé dans une alcôve couloir parfait pour les plus petites personnes; canapé-lit queen dans la salle familiale.

Our third time here and we love it. Wonderful location, beautiful view, convenient 1st floor and so close to the beach. Condo has everything you need. The added hooks in the hallway for towels were very helpful.

Welcomed by “clean”

A stay away from home has all kinds of pros and cons. As soon as I opened the door, the smell of “clean” pleasantly took me by surprise! Not a single negative thing about this place. The owner is very responsive and helpful. This 1 bedroom 1bath is very open, airy, and light. Cleanest rental I’ve ever stayed in. (Huge plus) The beach and ocean are literally just steps away and can be greatly enjoyed from the balcony as well since it’s so close! Perfect vacation gem! I will definitely go back time and time again!

The perfect oceanfront location for a quiet getaway.

Cathy's condo was perfect for our week long getaway. It is modern and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook when we didn't go out. Great views from the balcony. Going in September allowed us to enjoy the quiet beach which we walked several times a day. I would highly recommend Cathy's condo if you visit Topsail Island.

Great oceanfront condo

Had a lovely time at North Topsail Beach. This condo was perfect for my husband and myself. Nicely decorated, comfortable and great view! The beach is just steps away. Great shelling! Recommend driving 15 minutes to the Riverview Cafe - delicious, fresh seafood and great service.

First of all, the condo was beautiful and very clean. It was literally steps away from the beach. You cannot get a better view of the ocean. It was perfect for my little family. We plan to try to stay in this exact condo next year. It exceeded my expectations.

Great little condo on the beach!

This condo was a delightful find! So tastefully decorated, it felt spacious despite the small footprint. Cathy had the condo well stocked with basics for the kitchen and plenty of cleaning supplies for me to be able to properly take care of inevitable messes. I don't get away with just a couple of my kids often, but if I were going back to Topsail I would seek out Cathy's little oasis again in a heartbeat!

Decent Little Place

Not a bad little condo. Would be good for a couple but with 4 people it was really tight. Location to the beach access was the best part. The room was relatively clean but condensation from the HVAC ductwork is causing some mold above the washer and dryer unit and the ceiling is starting to sag. Nice kitchen and ocean view.

Hi Jeremy, Thanks for your feedback. Yes the condo is a one bedroom/one bath unit with a pullout sofa and a bunk for a smaller child. I have gone and checked on the ceiling and there was no sagging of ceiling anywhere. I have taken care of the mold from the condensation which seems to collect when we have the air conditioner set too low or if the doors are left open while the air conditioner is running. Don’t forget that you can always reach out to me during your stay so I can resolve any issues.

This was our 2nd time staying here. Right on the beach and so convenient being on the first floor close to the beach access. Love sitting on the balcony with a beautiful view. Has everything you need. No problems with the wifi this time. Cathy is fast to respond to messages and makes the whole process easy. Thanks for another great week!

The condo itself was perfect. Had everything we needed and then some. The short walk down to the beach was perfect cause we’re in our 70’s. The deck was wonderful. We never once ate inside at the table. We did have some trouble getting the tvs working but my husband eventually worked them out.

A Piece of Paradise

The unit was clean and nicely decorated. All the essentials are there. Very easy to access unit without dragging keys around (and losing them). Most important to us was the view from the balcony and the nearness of the beach access - literally steps away. You can sit on the balcony and feel like you're sitting on the beach because it is so close. We would definitely rent this unit again!!

Wonderful view from this unit.. 40 steps to the sand! Parking limited at times due to construction of some type on the northern most building. Ceiling fan in bedroom was inoperative. Overall a great location right on the Atlantic.. Would stay again for sure!

We hadn’t been to the beach in years. This was a wonderful weekend. View was perfect! You can live on the balcony. Host thought of everything! Sewing kit.. ✅ Scissors ✅ Fully functional kitchen. ✅ Yet a quiet bedroom . It’s all there.

Relaxing Vacation Spot

Check in is super simple. Location is in an area with very little to do and minimal restaurants. However, a grocery store and more restaurants are only 15-20 minutes away. The lack of attractions really makes it feel like a VACATION, no pressure to sight see and go out to fancy dinners every night. Relaxing on the beach, by the pool, or on the balcony listening to the waves, is perfection. Our kids enjoyed staying here, too. The unit is close to the stairs to the parking lot and the beach is merely steps away, as well. The unit provided plenty of extra bedding, was beautifully decorated and clean. Our kids enjoyed searching for the tiny Jesuses around the unit. The pool gets VERY crowded during the day, but is well maintained. The beach was busy, but a lot of space to spread out. Perfect location to slow down and relax. The washing machine/dryer were very useful and appreciated.You do have to bring your own towels, paper towels, toilet tissue, (laundry soap if you plan to do laundry), and trash bags, so keep that in mind.

Great Stay at the Beach!

We stayed in this condo last weekend as a long weekend retreat at the beach with our 2 small children. We couldn't have asked for better weather or a better beach front location! The view from the deck was fabulous, and we enjoyed all sorts of wildlife on our beach walks (and dolphin-spotting from the deck). The condo was well-maintained, clean, and simply furnished yet accomodating. It had everything we needed! This is an older condo complex, and you can see a little wear here & there, but keep in mind beach front properties can be hard to maintain each season! We would gladly stay again, and appreciate Cathy opening her beach home to our family! Thanks a bunch!

Great Quick Get Away

The condo was perfect for what we need for two of us to retreat for the weekend. The beach is literally 10 feet away. We sat on the deck morning and evening, listening to the surf and watching the waves roll by. The condo was perfect for us - a good size living area and small kitchen. All the amenities we needed. The beach is very shallow so during high tide, there isn't much room to spread out and sit on the beach. During High traffic times, I imagine it would feel very crowded. But for a few days, and before the busy season, it was lovely. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because the island is very small and has no vegetation; barely any trees which made it feel uninviting. This is our first time at North Topsail beach. I found myself wondering what it was like before the hurricane Florence came through.

Lovely, clean, and comfortable.

Perfect little oceanfront condo. Right by the parking lot, one flight up, right next to the beach access steps. It is clean, fresh, tasteful, & pretty. The kitchen was great w/pots, utensils, etc. Just basics on seasonings, etc., but I prefer to use my own anyway. Appliances were clean and in great working order. Small bathroom but nice huge tub & good shower. Very convenient little washer/dryer in hallway. The complex is well kept & nicely landscaped w/flowers & shrubs, nice picnic area. It sits RIGHT on the beach, which is wonderful. (Best time for walking is low tide when the beach is wider.) The pool is pretty & appealing - it opened for the season the second day I was there & was instantly filled with happy swimmers. It's spacious, with plenty of pool furniture. Right by the ocean. Had a little trouble with the lock - mostly my fault. Instructions were slightly misworded but mainly it was that I was doing it wrong. It is one of the older locks w/the pad separate from doorknob instead of all in one. I was entering the code & just turning lower doorknob instead of simultaneously turning the upper knob and lower knob. Cathy bent over backwards to help when we thought it was a problem besides "user error". :) She was very responsive. This little place was just right for what I needed. Highly recommended.

WARNING! DO NOT STAY HERE!

This would be a great rental, if it had a different owner! We stayed 2 nights and were accused of checking in a day early, staying longer than we did, and trashing the place! Which we did not! First, the owner tried to charge us extra for the maid telling her we were there a day early??!?! When we did check in, the beds were not made, but, no big deal, we made them ourselves. Later we discovered the toilet had not been cleaned, disgusting! The oven is ancient and burns everything, there were ants munching on the food we left sitting on the counter, and all of the "toys" in the outside closet were covered in sand/debris. The screen door was leaning against the wall on the deck. 10 days after we left we received yet another email from the owner saying she was going to charge us for the condition the maid said we left it in. Cake spread on the walls? Please, give me a break. The availability calendar shows it isn't booked at all - if I were you, I'd keep it that way and stay somewhere else!!!! Can't wait to see if/what the "owner" says in response to this. PS - the last review before mine was in 2008 - makes you wonder why no reviews have been posted in a while. AVOID THE HEADACHE AND STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE!

PLEASE READ OWNERS RESPONSE. We have not charged additional monies even though we felt that we should pay our cleaning lady extra for the work she has had to do. Pasted below is the email I received after the Holts left my beautiful condo. Cathy, Hi...Just wanted to let you know that the condo from your recent guest was a mess...not sure how many people stayed...but there was cake smeared on the walls...All the linens were used and quite frankly it took almost 4 hours to clean..all the toilet paper is gone...all the paper towels are gone...and all the trashbags are gone...nothing was replaced and it was HORRIBLE....please don't rent to these folks again...:) I don't understand people...you supply such a nice rental property and some people have no problem trashing it....people SUCK sometimes, huh? oh well, sorry, but if you haven't refunded their deposit...you may want to think about keeping some of it... I was wondering why the man wouldn't let me in when I got there that day...I wish I had insisted, but? no real reason why...I truly think they had been there for a while, if not the night before.... I have removed all the linens from the condo to wash...when is your next scheduled guest? sorry to be the bearer of bad news, (again) thanks, beverly
