Cross the shaded and furnished front porch and enter this spacious and accommodating home with a spectacular, well-equipped kitchen with high-end appliances, gorgeous quartz countertops, a dining area awash in natural light, and an open living area with a large leather sectional and a TV. After some comfortable lounging there, go for a serene soak in your private pool spa.

Step outside into your private, enclosed yard, where you'll find a gas grill and a furnished patio with a table and chairs for alfresco dining in the abundant Florida sunshine. While dinner sizzles, get a game of cornhole going or host a tournament on the highly-rated Ping-Pong table.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
