The Master bedroom boasts a King-Size bed, and the second bedroom offers both a Queen and a Full bed, providing comfort and ample space for everyone.

Philly Suburb Stay

Great place if you are looking to stay in the Morton area. Convenient location, clean accommodation and had everything we needed. We were three women coming to a baby shower in town. Plenty of space for us. We used the kitchen to make light meals and had easy access to many food options.

This is not a non-smoking facility. We couldnt stay at property even one night due to smell. When we arrived all the windows were left open, obviously to air the property out. We had to go to a hotel to stay costing us the price of the property and the price of the hotel. Communication from tbe owner is limited. He had nothing to say about us not staying there. Beware of this property and we will never use VRBO again.

HORRIBLE

Lousy check in . Upon arrival opened door turned on lights and baby cockroaches were scurrying in different directions and one in the bathroom and there was an oder. My daughter and I left after 10 min and had to find a hotel. I am demanding a full refund. I have a video.

Property was not as advertised. There was no internet, no AC, smart TV is worthless w/o internet, both microwaves were broke, approach to unit was not handicapped friendly. The owner did not reply to any of my messages or address any of these issues. We stayed the first night out of the four then packed up and moved to a hotel. I have requested at least half of the fee back, and again have not received a response. This could be classified as a scam. Seriously, I want at least half of my fee returned.

The property was spacious. The host communicated great and was super nice. It was quiet and comfortable. I found my go to property when we need to come to Philly. It was a great stay!! Highly recommend!

It was the perfect spot to enjoy all Philly has to offer and still be able to get away from the hustle. Best was the off street parking.

Cozy, comfortable, clean and in a quiet neighborhood. We had everything we needed for our overnight stay and it was a short drive in to the city. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent!!

Stayed at the property for an extended period of time. A few minor issues, nothing that property manager would have know before we arrived, but was very quick in resolving. Great communication!!! I would 100% recommend this property.

Supercross

We were going to the supercross at Lincoln stadium. It was a lot farther away than we realized and the neighborhood was a little sketch However once we started settling in the neighbors were super nice. The owner was fairly easy to reach and the check in process was a breeze. There’s a great Italian restaurant within walking distance and the food was really good Not fancy but tasty

Clean! Cold! Comfortable!

Exactly as described!!! And a great value. The home was extremely clean and beds were very comfortable even for my grandmother. I read previous reviews, which gave me pause, but I contacted the host, Russ (very responsive) to make my own inquiry. I learned he is personally involved and a local resident who takes pride in his rental units. I was assured a pleasant stay and I was NOT disappointed. Again, the listing was very clean and comfortable and the AC was great. It’s a perfect place to stop if you’re visiting the Philadelphia area!

Back again!!

We booked this place a second time because it was so great. The price is GREAT for the area, you won’t find a hotel this nice for this price, trust me, I’ve looked! After staying last week, while house hunting, we moved to a hotel for a weekend as this place was booked previously. Then we came right back, you just can’t beat it. It’s so comfortable here!!! The neighbors are sweet and helpful as well, giving me info on the road being paved so we didn’t get trapped in our parking spot. My kids loved playing the board games and having access to all the streaming networks here. Book this place, you won’t regret it!!

A horror show

It was beat up and nasty. The wallpaper was pealing off, the kitchen was rusted and the cabinet door was falling off. We were unable to turn on the AC, but the owner never replied to our calls or emails. The WI-FI cut out all the time. And twice the police were out in front of the complex. Never ever stay here!!!

Basic clean place, nice host, odd checkout

Russ was very nice, as were the neighbors. The apartment was clean enough and had everything we needed to stay for a few days while our house was being worked on. Russ sent 8 messages after checkout 1) asking if we had a pet (we don't) because there was pet hair, 2)sharing pictures taken of our garbage, 3) accusing us of smoking in the apartment, and 4) promising to check the surveillance cameras, which we weren't aware there were. Kind of left a bad taste, as did his attempt to charge us an additional $75 for smoking in the place when we didn't.

Convenient, clean but poor communication

The apartment was clean and had the vital necessities, but the sidewalk, steps, and driveway was full of berries. Our shoes were caked in berries and have permanent berry stains. The door was hard to unlock and the AC didn’t work ( but at least it was cool outside). The property manager does not respond to emails, messages through VBRO or phone calls. I’m glad we finally figured out the lock to get in. I tried several times to get ahold of Russ, but no response. I did not want to leave this review because the apartment itself was fine, but if you can not communicate with someone you can not tell him any issues. But I did leave 4 stars which is still a good review.
