Good, clean, fair price. Exactly as advertised.

The VRBO was exactly as advertised. The second room was tight but that was shown clearly in the photos. The hosts have automatic responses to help guide your stay but were slower to respond to questions over text or in the VRBO chat app. They were perfectly pleasant and helpful once they did respond. The place was clean and exactly what we needed for a weekend in the area.

Close to Swarthmore College

The links that were sent thru the app were impossible to open, so I had a very difficult time getting into the property. Had to copy the link from the email on an actual computer then take pictures on my phone. Very frustrating. Smell of cigarettes when you first walk in. The AC was coming out of the wall and wasn’t working at first. Bring extra toilet paper and body wash. There was only a half roll and no body wash. The bed and couch were comfy.

Great stay!

Our stay was comfortable and owner was very easy to work with! Can’t thank him enough for allowing us to bring our two large dogs. The neighbors are very friendly in the complex and look out for each other. Parking is off street and right next to building.

BEWARE Rodents Present Zero Communication

I am a frequent VRBO traveler and I can handle small issues/flaws with different properties because we're all human and no one is perfect. BUT with abhorrent lack of communication after multiple messages with Russell, here's my concerns: -Zero communication with the host, when I reached out to Russell with each of my concerns they went unanswered. There was no phone number to contact him. -Unable to connect to the so-called wifi which was made up of a wifi extender probably from a unit below or within the apartment complex. We ended up having to use our hotspots on our phones and spend over 200 in data overages just to watch a simple tv program in the evenings. -Rodents present in the unit, two nights in a row we saw multiple mice scurrying across the kitchen floor. No mouse traps or exterminator to call. -Central air wasn't able to maintain temperature and became hotter in the evenings. Despite being set at 79 degrees, it would always jump back up to 82. -Was only gave us 1 wash rag and 2 body towels. No other washrags or hand towels in the entire unit. -Cigarette smoke present in the stairway that leads up to the unit. -Burned out bulbs in the bathroom and bedroom. -Kitchen garbage bags didn't fit the trash cans and ripped. No trash bags provided in the other trash cans in the unit. -Due to inconsistent cooling, we used an oscillating fan already in the unit with no front cover exposing the fan blade (DANGEROUS). DO NOT STAY HERE!

I was confused about the checkin process so that was a bummer. Cute apartment on second floor and I got to meet a neighbor. Which is why I like vrbo.

Not as advertised

We (three adult couples) booked this property to have a place to sleep that was close to a venue for a wedding we were in. The place is very well cared for and checkin was very easy. However, we booked this property because it is advertised as being able to sleep six people, containing: a king bed, a full size bed, and a futon and sleeper sofa in the main area. There is no futon or sleeper sofa in this property, making it impossible to sleep six people. Thankfully, all of us were not there for the first night, so we did stay one night. We did not return after that first night (it was booked for three nights) since it could not fit the six of us. We cut the weekend short and drove back to our respective homes. When the property owner was contacted about the discrepancy, he blamed VRBO for changing the listing on him unknowingly. He promised us a partial refund for our troubles. To date, we have not received any refund.

It was fine.

A decent choice if you don't have other or affordable options for a night near the airport.Pictures online are brightened to show the place to be much more immaculate and modern. It's still a decent, older place, but pictures don't show the wear and tear that is clear when you walk in-- carpet, walls, cabinets,ect. There is a faint smell of cigarette smoke, but not sure if that's from previous guests or neighbors. The smell was obvious because upon entry the place was closed up, hot, and stuffy. We opened windows and all was tolerable.We found the master bed to be very comfortable, but no fitted sheet so the sheet slid around-- Otherwise, the night time was very quiet even with the windows open. The free parking spot was very convenient. Uber to sports/concert area was about 25 minutes. I wanted something closer to the stadium, but accidentally booked this place as it looked identical to another booking. Owner refused to let me cancel without keeping all my money seconds after booking. Something to keep in mind, if you need a flexible host due to life situations.

Clean, quiet, and conventionally located

Stayed 3 nights to see a play, a ballgame, some shopping, and the shore. We were just 15 minutes from Philly staying here and no fighting for parking. Very satisfied! Very clean and tidy. Morton is tucked away just enough but just a mile from Baltimore parkway for stores and restaurants.

Stayed here while visiting folks in the area. I was out of the house most of the day, but overall quite area. Master bed was comfy.

Booked this location so I could be closer to my venue I was having a event at…it’s a nice place the kitchen is very small not much counter top space and parking wasn’t the greatest at one point my cousin had to park behind the dumpster because there was no open spots in the lot

Being in the housing space we have maintained close relationships with then College and our places are predominantly used for family ties visiting their students, students visiting the school, students abroad, teachers, families in town for College sports, weddings and much more! We love meeting people, and we live help providing the desired spaces some desire!
