The quaint loft was a lovely place for my husband and I to stay for a weekend visiting our son at a local college. It is quiet, clean, and comfortable, with plenty of amenities. You can tell Portia goes out of her way to make guests feel cared for. The check in and communication were very easy, and it is a great value for the cost.

This quaint 3rd floor apt was a great place that we will likely stay again. Really appreciated the clear messaging from the host. The place was nicely decorated and very clean. Great place to stay during our visit to Philly.

Lovely stay in Philly while visiting my son. Loft was very clean and well equipped. Nice touches (extra tooth brush and toiletries) show the care and hospitality of the host. Also appreciated the history of the house/area included in the guest information packet. Thank you!

My Husband & I booked this cute little rental for our Anniversary- and our first ever Vrbo booking! It did not disappoint!From the initial reservation, the simple check-in process, the thoughtful extra touches (spare toothbrush, bottles of water in the fridge, extra linens, additional portable fans/heaters, etc), to the quick & easy check-out, everything was fantastic. The location was perfect- it took us no time at all to get Downtown for a concert- and the Owner's communication was top-notch. We were especially grateful to find a place in a safer neighborhood and with a complementary, onsite parking space! We had a great trip and will definitely remember this spot & this Host for future reservations!

We had a great experience at the Loft! Our host Portia was easy to work with and very helpful! We visited for the PGA championship and her proximity to the course was fantastic. The loft was lovely! Very clean and well thought out! Thank you Portia for a great stay!

The 3rd Floor Loft truly lives up to the title of quaint! Super cute, clean and comfortable with a new queen sized bed. We looked forward to coming back at night to relax on the couch and read in the gorgeous window seat. Portia was a lovely host with great communication and kindness.

This was our second stay at this property and found it just as enjoyable as the first. There was no need to contact the owner because we were familiar with the property and rules. Don’t be deterred by the window AC units; the living space and bedroom temperatures were very comfortable and cool. The kitchen is stocked with basic essentials and the fridge is big enough if you are staying several days. In the time between booking and our stay, the host was quick to respond to emails and when we needed to change the dates of our stay. I recommend the Quaint 3rd floor loft and would stay again. Thank you!

I loved the space from the architectural aspects to the colors used in the home. Very nice open living space with a large comfy couch and a large bathroom (in my experience) and a nice bedroom

Wonderful stay outside of Philly

My husband and I had a wonderful overnight stay. Used public transportation from The Loft to get to Philly for theatre and Thai food and came home to a wonderfully clean and comfortable home. Thank you, Portia, for being so kind and accommodating!
