Not to mention, you can start and end each day on the deck with a morning cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine.

With its upside-down layout, you'll find the bedrooms on the first floor and living areas on the second floor to take advantage of the amazing ocean views. You'll love the vaulted ceilings, an open layout ideal for relaxing and taking in the spectacular views, and a full kitchen that will be just the ticket for whipping up anything from a quick snack to a gourmet meal. Speaking of meals, everyone can take their pick of dining at the large dining table or round kitchen one, outside on the deck, or in the living room to enjoy a snack and a movie on the smart TV! Rinse off in the ocean-view outdoor shower, then hang your swimsuits to dry in the fresh clean air or toss them in the washer/dryer after a fun-filled day.

For the 2025 season, the owners have made a number of improvements, including new living room windows, painting and furniture (both indoor and outdoor), as well as other upgrades. As a result, this unique and beautiful home is even more special.

This Vacasa Guestworks vacation rental is operated and managed locally by an independent host.
Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.
If you need anything during your stay, the home’s independent local host is ready to help 24/7! Guestworks is a service offering of Vacasa that allows homeowners to smoothly and efficiently manage their own properties.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
The house is not suitable for very young children due to the wraparound upper deck railing.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
