Welcome to the resort lifestyle at Caribe in Orange Beach! Caribe Resort is truly unlike any other. Designed with your family in mind...this beautiful complex is located on over 30 pristine acres of peninsula and features more amenities than you will find anywhere else on the island!

This unit is located on the third floor of Building C and offers large three bedrooms and three baths with 1,796 sq ft of living space. The gourmet kitchen has all electric, stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops and stocked with everything you need to cook a meal for the entire family!

You will enjoy the floor to ceiling views of Perdido Pass and the Gulf of Mexico from our oversized balcony that overlooks the putting green. Other unique unit features the Caribe condos have include a wet bar with wine cooler and ice maker, a full-sized washer/dryer, and high-speed Internet access.

But with all the amenities the Caribe has to offer, you and your family will likely find yourselves sliding down one of the four large waterslides (or two kiddie waterslides) or lounging on the lazy river. There are three outdoor tiered pools, three indoor heated pools, hot tubs, a dry sauna, and a wet steam room. If all of that swimming works up an appetite, there is a deli and snack bar right near the pools!

If you prefer to stay dry, there are putting greens, bocce ball, corn hole, tennis courts, basketball courts, three fitness centers, an arcade and a ping pong table! Caribe has recently upgraded its TV and Internet to the latest technologies, as well. You will have excellent internet service as well as over 100 Dish Channels and access to numerous streaming services such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, and others.

Of course, the Caribe Marina and The Cobalt (5-star restaurant) are on the property as well! Lastly, the 24-hour guarded entry gate, assigned covered parking, and shuttle service to nearby beaches, shopping and attractions will ensure your vacation is relaxing and worry free. With all the Caribe has to offer, it truly is a family-friendly oasis for family fun and entertainment!

Beautiful condo, amazing property.

The condo is beautiful, well-appointed and has a great view. Everything is as described. We have stayed at Caribe on 3 other occasions and the property never disappoints. The owners a very nice and are quick to answer questions.

Wasn’t pleased

Upon arrival, I did a walk around Check. The microwave was dirty. Refrigerator wasn’t clean. The floor wasn’t swept. Rugs appeared dirty chairs at the dining table. were filthy. We did not sit there at all, so we had no use of the dining table due to the chairs. We had to sit at the bar or out on the patio. The master bathroom shower have mildew all on the walls in the shower the toilet wasn’t clean. I had to clean it. I feel if you have to pay a cleaning fee it should be clean. The place was cleaner when I left then it was when I arrived . I was late to believe that one parking pass was included with the rental, but you have to pay for all your parking passes each vehicle 25 per car. Parking is horrible. Hard to find parking. I’m glad my stay wasn’t longer..

FANTASTIC PROPERTY

Our family enjoyed our stay at Caribe C314. The unit was immaculate as well as up to date in the decor and appliances. In addition, it was roomy and comfortable for our group, which was eight total. Besides the three bedrooms, there are also two pull out full size couches. Finally, the view from the living room and master bedroom was beautiful.

Great Stay!

We stayed in this unit for 2 months and loved every minute. The unit is well supplied; plenty of bedding, the kitchen has great cookware and dishes which is very important to us. It is well maintained and clean. The complex has many activities to partake in and we made many new friends. We hope to visit again.

Enjoyable

We were disappointed with the parking pass situation. We were led to believe that we would receive at least one parking pass, which was not accurate. For the amount of money paid to stay, one would think at least one $25 pass would be included. Our family had 4 vehicles so it was an additional $100 on top of rental. The condo is nice and tasteful, however I left it cleaner than when we arrived. The showers had a large presence of mildew so I spent my first hour cleaning them. Overall, we enjoyed our time there and would recommend to others. *Parking situation was a nightmare for all additional vehicles. We had to park where boats/trailers park.

This place was amazing! Beautiful and very clean!

We took a three day trip and had the best time. The place was Clean and very elegant looking. I will be staying there every time I come back to the beach
