Vous devez avoir 25 ans pour louer ce condo. Cette description commence par le mot Penthouse !! Et ce condo est vraiment digne d'un Penthouse! Luxueux, spacieux et confortable! La vue sur le golfe du Mexique depuis cette unité de 3 chambres et 3 salles de bains au 14e étage est incroyable! Ce penthouse dispose d'un roi dans la chambre principale avec accès au balcon privé et une salle de bain privée avec baignoire jacuzzi et une douche à l'italienne séparée. La deuxième chambre a un lit Queen et la troisième chambre a un lit Queen.

Cette unité pourra accueillir un total de 6 personnes.

La cuisine est équipée d'appareils en acier inoxydable, de comptoirs en granit et d'un wet-bar avec machine à glaçons. Les armoires sont également très bien approvisionnées avec tous vos besoins en ustensiles de cuisine! Il y a aussi une grande laveuse et sécheuse et Internet sans fil gratuit.

Le balcon a un grand mobilier pour s'asseoir et admirer le magnifique golfe du Mexique! Il y a aussi un tout nouveau grill électrique pour vous assurer que vous pouvez faire les meilleurs repas pour votre séjour!

Caribe Resort est situé juste à l'est du col Perdido à Orange Beach.

Enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed the out of the way area, yet still in a prime location. There were plenty of things to do on-site and other options were a short drive away. It's a shame I can't afford to do this more often!

This resort has it all beautiful views and lots of amenities! Wonderful pools and ability to fish right out back of the resort at the marina! Beach is just a few minutes walk away or rides from resort on the trolley!

A Fun Fabulous Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the 3rd year we have rented this condo, and we have rented it again for our 2025 Vacation. The view is great and the condo is nicely furnished. The management is always friendly and helpful. We rented one of the new cabanas for a day and were very pleased. The only recommendation I have is to put fans in the cabanas. Even with the ocean breeze it got very hot in the afternoon. Thank you, Sunset Properties for another fabulous Vacation. See you next June!

Paradise in LA(Lower Alabama)

The Penthouse Condo was outstanding. The unit was clean, spacious and had a breathtaking view of the gulf. The bayside was where all the action was during the day. We watched the parade of boats journey up and down the canal. We joined in the fun and rented jet skis which was a lot of fun. We will be back soon. My family and I hated to leave.

We Needed a Beach Fix!

Reviewer Comments: We own a business and rarely have down time but we needed a beach fix... and wanted a getaway that could still feel socially responsible during the pandemic. This condo and property was great! We booked somewhat last minute - got a great deal and the unit was beautiful! Everything was clean and the property seemed to be doing their best with social distancing and access to safe amenities. The view was beautiful!

Beach/Resort Vacay

This was the first time in 35 years we haven’t stayed beachside, and we LOVED it! The Caribe has so much to offer for adults/teens/kids alike. We absolutely loved our unit, the floor plan was great and our balcony was huge (this is pretty much a requirement when traveling with 5 teens and a disabled child in a wheelchair. There were NO extra blankets or linens, so if you’re like us and like to snuggle up all sunburned on the sofa to read or watch tv, pack your own! There were also no Tupperware/rubbermaid containers or plastic cups/plates. So, be prepared to pack some! Otherwise…the wet bar and kitchen. We’re perfectly stocked. Beach access was not hard to get to, but be prepared to hike a bit to your destination. (even after the tram drops you off) There were so many poolss, lazy River and slides to keep all ages busy. We also loved that the teens could play putt putt, basketball, pickle ball, tennis all on the grounds….gave them a sense of independence but they never had to leave the premises. We also LOVED getting to walk the marina and see all the boats coming and going everyday! It’s truly a gem that we will revisit!

Great place to stay in Orange Beach

Lots of room in the kitchen. My kids loved the pools-- lots of options and room. Never had a problem finding a chair. Lazy river was a little too shallow, so the kids were not fans. But I enjoyed floating around. Sunset Properties was very responsive to any questions I had. Only downside was that you had to drive to get to the beach, but that was doable. (There is a shuttle, but it brings you to a beach on a channel; we preferred the beach directly across form the Condos that were on the Gulf instead of the side channel.)

Good stay

Overall, our stay at the Caribe was good. However, the pictures are misleading – the apt does not directly overlook the ocean… Rather you overlook a parking lot, highway and then the ocean. There is also no easy access to the beach. The penthouse apartment itself was great with most of the amenities we needed – but the building is old and again, misleading in the pictures. I should also point out that we felt like we were in a senior center for much of the time. This is not a knock on any senior citizens – however when I booked our vacation, I talked with one of the property managers and said I was coming with a 12 and 14-year-old… I would have like to know that perhaps we should have stayed somewhere where they were more kids/teenagers.

Love the caribe but this unit needs a refresh!

We have stayed at the Caribe 5 times over the years and this time we loved the price on this penthouse that showed up online, so we booked it Through the sunset property management to get the top floor experience at such a steal of a price. We have always used the Caribe reservation desk for our stays. The check in was much easier with Sunset and we appreciated that. UnitC PH14 needs a total refresh top to bottom. Broken lamps, beds are lumpy and living room furniture is pretty worn out. Patio furniture leaves a lot to be desired with worn cushions that don’t even fit the seats. The towels are not much and reminded us of what would be provided in a lower end motel. They also had very few of them in each bathroom which was a huge irritation. We expect to do laundry but not that quickly. The kitchen needs a total restock. The nonstick pan flaked off in our breakfast. That’s a no go! We threw our food out and went out. The utensils and such were very sparse and at the end of their life. The plumbing needs serious attention. The toilets took a lot to flush and sinks were very slow to drain in the master bathroom. For a penthouse it was the least nicest condo we have ever rented at the Caribe. I do own rental property and have it managed and I would be mortified to have it managed this way. It’s way too nice of a place and a prime location at the Caribe to be so lack luster. We enjoyed our views and the amenities of the resort but we won’t book this unit again.

Terrible Management company for this Condo, Great Complex

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is owned by a couple BUT managed by a large company that’s a joke. Over a month before our trip (before final payment) we requested a change to the dates to stay longer. They never responded to my email. A week before our trip I finally spoke with a rep,Monica. She agreed we could stay 1 less night (we originally tried to stay longer but they never responded therefore we had to book elsewhere due to the event we were traveling for). We were given permission to take a night off our stay by Monica after I emailed her proof that we had tried to reach out 6 weeks before our trip). I was grateful for the adjustment and assumed the refund would be applied after our stay for the 1 night. 2 weeks after our trip, still no refund. I texted the person who asked us for a review and a week later still no response or refund. This condo wasn’t very clean- they don’t routinely clean the shower doors, tile grout is black except in corners where it’s originally cream or tan, only given 2 trash bags for a weeks stay for 6 people. Dryer doesn’t work-condensation on the door HOURS after the last people left. Baseball tourn, 4 kids,yet couldn’t do laundry?! Garage infested with roaches and rats. Overall the condo complex is amazing, don’t rent condo with this company. Rent from the owner only. VRBO shouldn’t allow companies to run rentals they list- it’s confusing. I’ve never left a negative review. I’m angry with the rudeness then lack of resolution. They won’t allow you to park on the complex if you arrive before check in, but other condo owners DO allow you to park and allow extra passes at the front desk to pick up as needed. I stood at the front desk trying to figure out what to do when we arrived because we assumed we could use the pools until check in BUT NO, not with this COMPANY. When we finally checked in there was only one door card provided which meant a lot

A lot of money for a lot of inconvenience

The condo was nice however we had to have an a/c company come out 3 times because the a/c quit working. The master bathroom toilet constantly runs. The water in the pipes is very loud. The pools were great. If you plan to take a cooler or a wagon you have to go up and down steps so it is difficult. The lazy River is kind of a joke. It’s only 1.5 feet deep and the water doesn’t move swiftly. One morning we woke up to 4 men on our balcony and they were painting. We had no idea they were coming so we were shocked to have 4 men right outside our window. The property managers respond mostly in a timely manner but after 3 times of the a/c going out, there really wasn’t much sympathy or concern. I ask about the check out procedure, was told what to do b it they never specified a time. So we’l were getting ready to leave and the cleaning people told us we had 15 minutes to get out. The penthouse level is extremely hot on the inside. The place is nice but lots of inconvenience. We won’t be going back.

Great, Relaxing Vacation

My husband and I and our grandkids spent the last week of June in a penthouse condo in building C. Everyone loved the condo, the many swimming pools, and the trams to the beach. The view was awesome. We enjoyed it so much we booked for next summer while we were there.
