Inside you'll be greeted with lots of natural light and an air of welcoming, making it feel like home. The 12th-floor view from the private balcony is spectacular, and perfect for watching a sunrise with your morning coffee. The chic and comfortable furniture is surrounded by an 80-inch TV, perfect for hosting a movie night. Chefs of the group will love cooking up grand meals in the spacious and full kitchen, equipped with all the cupboard space you'll ever need. The main bedroom has all the comforts of luxury, from the King-size bed to the en-suite bathroom, to the private balcony. Kids will love bunking down together and creating memories in the extra-long bunk beds that'll last for years to come.

THINGS TO KNOW
The bunk room has a twin Murphy bed for additional sleeping accommodations.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

**Sea Colony will have ongoing construction from September through May. There will be construction noise that may be heard in the surrounding homes. Please be aware that this may be loud at times.

Sea Colony Parking Passes
Sea Colony parking passes are issued based on the number of guest badges purchased per unit. Each unit is allowed a maximum of 2 parking passes per rental period.
1-2 Badges = 1 Parking Pass
3+ Badges = 2 Parking Passes

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
