BEDROOMS:

Master Bedroom: Rest easy in the king bed featuring a memory foam mattress, plush bedding, and blackout curtains. Enjoy entertainment on the 55” Smart TV with HBO Max and Disney Plus.

Bedroom 2: Another king bed with memory foam mattress, plush bedding, and blackout curtains, along with a 55” Smart TV with streaming capabilities.

The home itself was extremely clean inside. Could of used a bit more furniture when accommodating 8 persons. Beds were very comfortable. The outside area could use an update. Overall we enjoyed the stay.

Quiet Neighborhood

This property was so cute and in a great quiet neighborhood close to grocery stores. It is only about 30min from Clearwater beach and Indian rocks beach. It was nicely updated, comfy beds and nice bathrooms. My kids loved to chase around the geckos in the early morning, and we loved the hot tub. The only complaints I have, of which I told the property manager was that the sunshade over the pool was very droopy so we were unable to throw the ball we brought back and forth. It also made the pool fairly chilly so we didn’t use it much, I do know we went when temps were scorching though. The back door doesn’t latch properly so it was always bouncing open from being shut or blown open from the wind so we had to keep it dead-bolted if no one was outside so our toddler didn’t escape. Other than that, we would totally stay at this place again, they were very responsive when there was an issue. Highly recommend

Hi! My name is Allison and I live in Clearwater, Florida, with my husband, my 2 children (5 and 7) and my mom. We moved to Clearwater about 5 years ago and have really enjoyed living here. My husband and I met in Los Angeles, California, which is where our daughter was born. A few years later, we moved to Dallas, Texas, where I gave birth to our son. My husband's job brought us Florida and we've been here ever since. I have loved hosting guests at our vacation rentals and work to constantly improve them so as to improve our guests' experiences. We live between 10 and 15 minutes away, so I'm always available to our guests.

My husband chose the home because he had many adventures on Allen Creek as a child and wanted to make a relaxing space where it could be enjoyed by others.

We provide a perfect place with a backyard stream for the whole family to come home to with your own hot tub, pool, lovely deck and more amenities than you’ll get at any hotel.

When you drive up, it’s a cute Florida neighborhood house -but when you go inside, make a snack, take an evening dip in the pool on your private lighted backyard deck, with streaming provided on huge TVs all over the house - you’ll know this house loves you and you’ll love it right back.
