Cette maison est parfaitement située, à quelques minutes des plages voisines. Aussi, minutes pour les terrains de golf, restaurants / pubs, épiceries, centres commerciaux et bien plus encore !!!
Également inclus: 1 lit king size, 1 lit queen et 4 lits jumeaux, oreillers, draps, couvertures, serviettes de bain et piscine, laveuse / sécheuse, cuisinière / four, grand réfrigérateur, micro-ondes, barbecue, foyer, moustiquaire- dans le patio avec piscine creusée, TV écran plat avec WIFI et bien plus encore !!

Gardez les yeux ouverts si vous êtes sur la plage au crépuscule ou à l'aube. Nous voyons très souvent des dauphins nager au large des côtes. Si les dauphins se rapprochent, ce qu'ils font de temps en temps, ne vous mettez pas à l'eau et essayez de les toucher. Il est illégal de toucher les dauphins (nous autres humains avons des germes qui nuisent aux dauphins). Une chose amusante et peu coûteuse à faire est de louer les kayaks de l'océan au large de la plage. Le matin est généralement le meilleur moment, quand les eaux sont généralement plus calmes.

Family Trip

The layout of the house and furnishings are good. Plenty of beds. The negatives are you cannot adjust the thermostat, the pool was very cold, and there is no hot tub as stated in the description. The pool table is held together with duct tape and the bikes have flat tires.

Great Time

This is the second time we stayed in the property and we enjoy everything about it. The stores are nearby and a lot of beautiful beaches about 20 min drive.

Relaxing vacation

We enjoyed staying at this comfortable clean house very much. Close by were any type of stores you needed and the beach was 15 min away. Gustavo was very helpful and quick to respond if there were any questions. Spent lots of time in patio area and pool. Plenty of beach and pool items

Good time

Overall great time. Only two bummers are it’s on a busy street and a little hard to sleep at night. And be careful around pool it is very slippery for little kids.

Clean house

We were pleased with the home. It was clean and very well equipped with all you need. The only real complaint would be the house is on the corner of a busy intersection; the traffic was really loud into the late hours of the night. We were pleased that the pool was heated but disappointed there was no gas for the grill, the pool cleaner didn’t come as expected and the trash didn’t get picked up so we had no where to put our garbage. The owner was very kind and told us not to worry about it. They supply water and beach toys which was a nice surprise! Overall I would recommend this house, just pack earplugs for sleeping.

Busy Intersection

The house was adequate. The pool was at a good temperature. My grandson enjoyed swimming in it. There were several times at night. It sounded like somebody was going to drive right into house. it was hard to sleep at night, thinking at any moment someone was going to drive into the house losing control on that street. It was a very busy street. Did not realize we did not have cable we do not stream, so it was very difficult to watch TV and relax. Windows were not made to help keep the noise out and all the windows did not have room darkening curtains. When you’re sleeping in a room, it would be nice to have it dark. For some reason the garage door was not working we had to unplug it . Having to come through the front of each time was a bit inconvenient. And the garbage was not picked up on the day it was supposed to been so we just left the garbage can out. Hopefully it got picked up. We couldn’t find the TV changer in the beginning for the living room and was told to calm down and I would find it. Once I started digging through the sticky couch, I finally found it in the couch. You stick your hands down into the couch you’re lucky if you get them back. did enjoy the pool beds are comfortable and having the washer and dryer is a huge plus. Just wish there would’ve been some laundry soap left behind to do a couple of loads of laundry. There was no dish soap to wash dishes. Nor were there any washrags to do dishes by hand. Loved the drying rack above the sink.

Nice place to stay

Great place, very neat and cozy. Me and my family enjoyed our weekend there, everything is within driving distance of 10 to 15 mins. Communication with property manager was great, very attentive.

Clearwater Visit

this home is a perfect size for a large family and guests. The home was clean but on a very busy intersection. The home is fenced in so our children were safe. Everyone was very comfortable and the home was stocked well for cooking purposes. The home owner was very responsive and helpful. We would stay there again. It a great place to stay.

Attentive Host

Nice size property with a good layout and large master suite. House was clean and had a well stocked with kitchen utensils and which made cooking easy. Pool was also bigger than pictured. Gustavo made sure we had all we needed.

Traffic is the only problem

The house is furnished nicely and the pool is heated and well kept. The host responded to any questions or issues we had! There are no complaints about host of property. It is on an extremely high traffic intersection and it’s noisy. Be aware and bring ear plugs.

A lot of space for everyone

The house has a lot of space for everyone to sleep, lounge and play. The kitchen has pretty much everything you need. The house is on a very busy intersection with a lot of traffic noise throughout the day and night. The kids had fun swimming in the pool and the billiards table was a nice attraction for all. Gustavo is very kind and is there for anything you need in a moments notice, he wants to be sure you are comfortable and enjoy your stay.

Great stay

We loved our stay here! The house is very spacious, extra large bedrooms and bathrooms. Pool are is great although we ended spending most of our time at the beach. My son loved all the games in the garage. House is well stocked with towels, soap, cooler, beach chairs, umbrellas, and a wagon. Everything you need for a beach day! The house is on an extremely busy intersection, but we didn’t have any problems sleeping. Gustavo was great with the few questions we had.

Great vacations!!

I recommend this house 100% it was really nice clean and has everything to be comfortable on your vacations we love the pool and location close to everything we have no complaints (EXCELLENT CHOICE) Gustavo very very nice . Una casa súper limpia muy lindo todo la piscina muy linda la casa tiene todo lo que uno pueda necesitar y muy buena localización tuvimos unas vacaciones inolvidables en esta casa Gustavo muy amable .

Great Location

The location was close to shopping and Clearwater Beach. The washing machine stopped working our 2nd day so we had to use a laundry mat the remainder of our 4 day vacation. The house was clean and spacious but the bathroom window was dirty with a film were previous guest wrote in it.

The house was exactly as described and the pictures are real time. Gustavo was very responsive and quick to accommodate and answer. I would suggest have trashbags on site.

Great Stay

Enjoyed the house. My teens had a lot of fun. I would definitely stay again. The owner is very nice and accommodating. The house is on a busy road so you will hear the traffic but it did not interfere with the good sleep I had in the comfy beds.

Great place for families

Spacious house with large bedrooms. Has many amenities and toys for the kids! Has everything you need to keep children entertained and has everything you need to go to the beach. Only downfall is the traffic is loud as it’s off a busy intersection.

Not as nice as the pictures but the owner made up for it!

When we initially pulled up to the home I was not impressed. The blinds in the front of the home were broken and the yard looked a little unkept. Upon entering the home the interior and pool area didn’t look as nice as it did in the photos. But the owner Gustavo made up for all of that! He was extremely nice and even drove an hour out of his way to bring us a fire pit! I would stay at this home again just because of how nice and sweet Gustavo is! Side note my friends and I are super picky when it comes to our accommodations.

Great space for a family

The house was perfect for our family with two teens, everyone had their own space when we got back from a long day out. It was very busy in Clearwater while we were there with it being spring break week. So the drive to the beach that we’d expected to be 15 minutes was more like 40 min. We probably should have tried one of the smaller beaches in the area. The house had absolutely everything we needed and Gustavo was so welcoming and quick to answer any questions we had. The pool was cold, but we still got in, probably hadn’t warmed up enough with it only being March. It would be perfect in the summer months with the partial shade from the house. Overall we loved it and would definitely stay again.

Beautiful home, noisy neighborhood

Absolutely beautiful home with a lot of activities/games for entertainment. I appreciated the large bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the showers. The house is off of a busy road, so the traffic was a little loud. Other than that, I had a great stay and would definitely recommend it.

Had a blast!

House was clean and ready for us upon arrival. Pool is great and having the laundry and dryer was imperative with 8 guests. Kids had a blast and we liked the location being so close to clearwater, tampa and dundein. Thanks again.
