Cozy, clean and stylish space that was recently updated, located in the heart of Durham. Walking distance from Duke University and many great restaurants, coffee shops and donuts (best donuts around). This cozy property has one bedroom with a king bed, a full kitchen, and a living room with a futon. There is a front porch with seating to enjoy your morning coffee. Max of 2 dogs allowed $75per stay. Dog must be well behaved and not a constant barker since you will have guest next-door.
I wish I was here for better circumstances, but I needed a place to stay with my dog as my mom is being treated at Duke. My parents were able to stay someplace through Duke but because I had a dog I could not. Andrea was so helpful and accommodating and caring to me while I was here. The property was so clean and conveniently located. They checked on me frequently as I was here for an extended stay and the property is so well maintained. I absolutely loved decor and accommodations. I loved walking my dog around the neighborhood and as a single woman staying alone I felt very safe in the area. I would stay here again in a heart beat, hopefully under better circumstances next time! Thank you so much for a wonderful experience during a very difficult time.
Andreaâs place was the perfect location to explore Durham. The apartment was just as the pictures depicted and spotless.. Andrea provided great communication. I had a late flight and her team very thoughtfully left a light on . Within walking distance to 9th street restaurants and shops, Wholefoods, Dukeâs east campus, Trinity Park etc. About a 40 min walk to downtown. Felt very at home, would stay again.
The duplex was the perfect place for our stay in the Durham area. We had soccer game in Raleigh and Henderson, so it was very central. The place was clean and very cozy. Just perfect for the tow of us. Andrea was a great host.
Overall, it was a very cozy place. The couch was a little uncomfortable, but it doesnât take away from me recommending this place. We just needed a place to stay while work was being done on our home.
The place was the perfect size for the two of us for the weekend. We were pleasantly surprised that we were within walking distance to great restaurants.
My wife and I booked this place last minute while we were having some work done on our house. Andrea was very kind and responsive to all of my questions. The house is in a great neighborhood (we actually used to live a few houses away), and is in walking distance to good coffee at Joe Van Gough, and great breakfast / brunch at Monuts. The house was clean, and had everything we needed. If you have a dog, then you are provided everything from beds to poop bags. I should not that since this is a duplex, barky dogs could be an issue. We did not have that problem.
I am a pharmacist at Duke Hospital who stumbled into the world of property management and real estate. It all began when I started renting out my personal properties as short-term rentals. I quickly fell in love with managing properties and interacting with guests, which led me to obtain my real estate license. As my passion for this field grew, I expanded my services to manage other people's properties as well. The business became so busy that I had to reduce my hours at Duke Hospital to dedicate more time to it. I am deeply passionate about traveling and exploring different properties and areas, which fuels my love for this profession even more. I am dedicated to providing exceptional service to both property owners and guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all involved.
