With its expansive living areas, private pool, spa, and fire pit, this modern 2BR/2.5BA Sundance villa was made for entertaining. Situated in a gated complex, it offers outstanding mountain views; and, rumor has it that Lily Tomlin once lived here!
Located on a large corner lot, this compound offers accommodations for 4 and parking for 2 vehicles. To ensure privacy, both front and back yards are walled.
Inside, you'll find tasteful furnishings and high-end touches throughout. Tile floors, cathedral ceilings, and a floor-to-ceiling gas fireplace characterize the spacious living room. Relax and enjoy a movie on the 60in TV, play cards at the game table, or step outside to the pool area and mix drinks at the chic wet bar.
When it's time for dinner, gather at the dining table, or dine alfresco at the 4-seat patio table. Enjoy steaks and veggies grilled up on the gas BBQ.
The kitchen is open to the dining room and has stainless steel appliances, plenty of prep space, and a large window overlooking the patio.
An office provides a quiet spot to check emails.
Relax on the 2nd patio, where you can curl up on a chaise lounge and enjoy the firepit.
Perfect for couples traveling together, this home has two suites, each with an ensuite bathroom and access to the center atrium garden.
The primary suite features a queen bed, contemporary decor, TV with Blu-ray/spectrum, and built-in shelves stocked with books; it also has a daybed that converts from a twin to a king. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, a handheld sprayer, professionally installed balance handrails. (A handicap shower seat is also available.)
The second suite boasts cathedral ceilings, a king bed, seating area, electric fireplace, 42in TV with Blu-ray/DirecTV, and access to the pool. The spa-like en-suite has a sunken tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity.
A queen sleeper sofa is located in the living room.
The entire home and outside (including garage and street access) is one level and is ADA accessible.
Lush landscaping surrounds the walled pool and spa; numerous lounge chairs are ideal for sunbathing, and outdoor coolers provide easy access to beverages. From the pool, a gate opens to a 2-acre community park with 2 tennis courts.
