Welcome to our timeless Palm Springs gem! We enjoy sharing it with guests who appreciate a secluded get-away with eclectic decor, comfort, style, and a touch of history. The condo was once connected to the famous Racquet Club where the Old Hollywood Legends hung out for many years. Linger in the privacy of the backyard with nestled away pool & spa, hang out at the grand community pool with gorgeous mountain views, sip on a drink at your own Bamboo Bar.
We hope youâll feel right at home!
The space
Your private backyard oasis awaits!
Wake up early and have your morning coffee in the comfy poolside sitting area. Spend your days lounging in teak deck chairs under the umbrellas, and come together for alfresco meals around the rustic wood dining table. As evening falls, turn on the firepit, relax on the cozy outdoor couches under the palm tree, then end your evening in the loveseat with a nightcap, taking in the views of the stars and the San Jacinto Mountain peaks.
On the inside, stylish comfort meets thoughtful design!
Step inside to a beautifully curated interior featuring bold artwork, warm wood accents, and seamless indoor-outdoor flow. The open-concept living and dining areas are full of natural light and mid-century charm, complete with a vintage-inspired wooden TIKI barâperfect for cocktails in your own 'Bamboo Room'. Six floor-to-ceiling Fleetwood sliding doors open to two private outdoor lounge spaces, ideal for soaking up the desert sun.
The spacious primary bedroom offers a California King bed and direct access to the private patio and poolâperfect for a brisk morning dip. A dedicated workspace with a large screen and printer makes it easy to blend productivity with relaxation.
The second bedroom features two twin beds and a fun artwork display âideal for guests, family, or use as a secondary workspace.
The newly remodeled kitchen is bright and welcoming with windows that can be opened to the outdoor dining area. The SubZero refrigerator and Viking range makes cooking a breeze. Get some fresh, filtered water from the Brizo faucet and use the SodaStream to enjoy sparkling water 'on demand'. The pantry comes stocked with cooking oil, salt, pepper, and a variety of spices. Tack your pick of morning coffee - French press, Keurig, or drip coffee - there is coffee to cover all options as well as hot chocolate to start your stay.
This 1,350 sq ft Mid-Century Modern home is part of the gated Club Condominiums, originally built in the 1970s as part of the iconic Racquet Club Resort. Once a haven for resort guests, these homes offer a unique blend of history and comfort. Situated on a desirable corner lot, the Condo allows for privacy and convenience, with easy access to the large HOA pool and spa, plus a designated covered parking space.
Located just minutes from the best dining, shopping, and hiking in Palm Springs, this home is your perfect desert escape.
Guest access
You will have access to the whole home and the patio/backyard with it's private pool and spa, fully shielded from insight for total relaxation. The community pool and spa is just a few steps away from the condo entrance which makes for very easy access. (Just remember - NO GLASS - bring those plastic glasses with beverages of choice with you)
There is one designated parking space under a carport just steps away from the entrance. Additional guest spots are available as marked.
The location of Racquet Club Escape is very convenient as essentially based in the first vacation community you reach when travelling to Coachella Valley!

âą Private pool heat is optional and will be available for a fee of $80 per night. Typically it's recommended for October through April. Let me know at least 24 hours in advance, as it takes time to heat it up
âą The pool heater will run for 8 hours per day, heating the pool to between 82-87F.
âą Spa heat is included with your stay
âą Summer heating is available upon request for an adjusted fee
âą The large community pool just steps from the condo is heated year round (excluding the hot summer months) and so is the community spa!
Palm Springs City Rules:
âą Maximum Occupancy: Must not exceed the listed limits (4 overnight guests)..
âą Quiet Hours: 10 PM to 10 AM. No outdoor sound-producing devices allowed per local ordinance.
âą Guest Requirements: All adult guests (18+) must review and acknowledge the Palm Springs Good Neighbor Brochure before check-in. Vehicle details are also required.
âą Minimum Age: Primary renter must be at least 25 years old.
âą Check-In: A virtual check-in is required within 24 hours of arrival to verify ID and review local regulations.
The link to mandatory documents Good Neighbor Brochure and Acknowledgment form is found on City of Palm Springs website, under Vacation Rental /Ordinance Toolkit section, and will also be shared after booking.

We have weekly pool & gardening maintenance that might occur during your stay. Pool service is typically Tuesdays and Fridays, gardener on Wednesdays. Crew will access through the gate and move around the backyard, but they do not have access to the interior of the home.
AC is regulated to not go below a set temperature (73) in the summer, but typically 76/77 is the most balanced setting for comfort we found.
Please inquire for quotes on longer stays! We typically offer discounts for such stays which the VRBO quote tool cannot accurately represent.
