Conveniently located near the Palm Springs International Airport, numerous golf courses, and downtown, there will be no delay in having the best time on this vacation. You'll also be just a block away from Demuth Park, which has 12 pickleball courts, a dog Park, a bike path to CV link, and a playground. Tahquitz Creek Golf Course is just slightly farther. Make the short four-mile drive into the downtown core and spend your days exploring the various shops, restaurants, and art exhibits that make this city unique. Not to mention, unlimited hiking trails abound in the foothills of Mount San Jacinto. Head over to Joshua Tree National Park for a quick day trip!
The modern remodel features mid-century-inspired furniture and artwork throughout. Enjoy the private pool, optionally heated for a fee, in the fenced backyard while sipping refreshing beverages and soaking in the sweeping views of the San Jacinto Mountains. The outdoor oasis has a gas grill, alfresco dining, and outdoor living room furniture, including chaise lounges. In the front courtyard, you will find a private and inviting spa. The living area is the social heart of the house, creating a communal atmosphere perfect for entertaining and relaxing. Also included is a large HDTV for watching your favorite shows or movies. Adjacent is a bonus den providing a comfortable sectional for reading and relaxing. The well-equipped kitchen is beautifully renovated with gleaming white quartz countertops, rich wood cabinets, and a dishwasher for easy cleanup! Start your morning with a hot cup of coffee, courtesy of the Nespresso machine. As evening falls, fire up the propane grill for a home-style cookout.

Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.
