As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance your experience at Shores of Panama, we are undergoing a significant construction project from September 24, 2024, to March 1, 2025. We want to ensure you are fully informed about the construction phases and how they may impact your stay.

Phase 1: Initial Construction Period

• Dates: September 24, 2024, to November 25, 2024
• Affected Units: Balconies in units 2113, 1314, 1415, and 1615 will be completely inaccessible and have an obstructed view.
• Activities: Construction work will occur daily from 8AM to 6PM, Monday through Friday.

Phase 2: Extended Construction Impact

• Dates: November 25, 2024, to March 28, 2025
• Newly Affected Units: Additional units affected during this period include 507, 1507, 1907, 2011, 1512, 1912, 1517, and 1817 which will also experience inaccessible balconies and obstructed views.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.

The city is mere minutes away with its family friendly attractions, local and world-famous eateries, tours, and outlet shopping, so there's no shortage of things to do or sights to see.

Enjoy the beautiful view of both the ocean and the stunning resort pool right from your private terrace. The home's interior has been beautifully decorated with numerous updates in 2022. Prepare grand meals and on-the-go snacks in the full kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances along with both a Keurig and a standard drip coffeemaker. Lounge about and hold great conversation on the comfortable furniture, or host a movie night on the large TV. Additional amenities include a private washer/dryer, central air-conditioning, and complimentary WiFi.

Things to Know
Some shared amenities are only open during peak season. The tropical bar, coffee shop, and grill are open March-October.
A rollaway bed is provided.
Guests need to provided their own crib sheets.
The top bunk has a 120 lb. weight limit.
Guests must pay an additional fee directly to the resort upon check-in, which covers their parking and wristbands for amenities access.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
