Tower 3 - 3 BR / 3 BA all Ocean Front! Chaises de plage / parasol gratuits

Nous sommes les nouveaux propriétaires de cette grande unité de 3 chambres (1800 pieds carrés) avec accès au balcon donnant sur le golfe du Mexique. Toutes les chambres ont une salle de bain avec lavabo double et baignoire / douche de jardin. L'unité a un plan d'étage unique avec des fenêtres / curseurs du sol au plafond, mettant en valeur les belles eaux émeraude du golfe de chaque chambre. Nous avons deux chambres avec lit King et une avec deux lits Queen. Nous sommes la dernière unité au 7ème étage avec vue sur la piscine du golfe et du lagon. L'unité dispose également d'un spacieux salon et salle à manger avec des comptoirs en quartz frappants, des fenêtres / curseurs du sol au plafond et un accès direct au balcon surdimensionné. Tout ce que vous aimez le plus dans la vie à la plage - levers de soleil, couchers de soleil, regarder les dauphins, regarder les vagues ou simplement observer l'activité de la plage, vous aurez une place au premier rang sur les énormes balcons avant et latéraux.

La grande cuisine entièrement équipée dispose de tous les ustensiles et ustensiles nécessaires pour la plupart des repas. Et lorsque vous dînez au restaurant, vous êtes à quelques pas du célèbre Pineapple Willy's, des Spinnakers et d'autres restaurants.

Long Beach Resort possède l'une des plus grandes plages privées, une fabuleuse piscine lagon tropical (plus de 7500 pieds carrés), avec des cascades et un îlot, deux piscines polynésiennes supplémentaires (chauffées en saison), trois bains à remous, des barbecues et un bar et une grille au bord de la piscine . Long Beach Resort est un complexe fermé, avec 24 heures de sécurité. Nous avons également une salle de fitness située dans notre tour. L'emplacement central est parfait et vous pouvez marcher jusqu'à de nombreuses attractions spéciales (Wonderworks, Miniature Golf, Ripleys Believe it or Not, etc., et Walmart est juste en face de la rue (pour les articles de plage que vous avez peut-être oublié d'apporter).

Family Spring Break

Amazing balcony and wonderful property! Views from the huge balcony were amazing. We used the balcony a lot because we didn’t have the best weather while there. The condo was very large and beautiful. Plenty of room for a large family with kids.The owners were so nice and helpful! We were just steps away from the ocean and had the best time.

Perfect for our family

We loved the layout of the spacious condo. The views from the balcony were amazing. We loved having the option of going to the beach or to the pool with the lazy river. The bar was great and you could order food as well! We have previously stayed further down Thomas Drive, but this location was closer to everything. Joe and Kathleen were very responsive to any questions.

Beach Retreat

Beautiful views from a beautiful condo. Accommodations took care of the 8 of us. Well furnished and well stocked kitchen. Owners are great to work with. Great communication before, during and after the rental. If we are back in PCB would definitely rent again. New Years fireworks on the beach is entertaining.

Family Vacation

This is hands-down, the best property we have stayed at in Panama City Beach. We ate breakfast and lunch in the condo and there was plenty of kitchenware to accommodate this. My only recommendation for future guest would be to bring a nonstick skillet. I had a few questions for the owner, Joe, prior to my visit and one during my visit, and he was very quick to reply. This is a property that we will return to.

Beautiful place. Very hard to find a nice corner condo with 3 Master Bedrooms where all have access to the balcony overlooking both the pool and beach.

Fantastic!!!

This was one of our best vacations ever! The owners are friendly and attentive. The condo is just as described, very clean and updated with lots of space to spread out and relax. The floor to ceiling windows and huge balcony give the best views in PCB. The 3 pools are well maintained and the huge parking lot with 24 hour security allow you to get in out out quickly. Do yourself a favor and book your stay now! You will be glad you did!

Amazing Family Vacation !

One of the best vacations we have had in some time! The Condo was super clean and spacious. We have been coming to PCB for the last 6 years and Long Beach Resort has the best pools and location by far. The resultant at the pool was extremely convenient and fairly priced ( we ate dinner there one night). Security does a fantastic job of keeping non-residents out from the street access and the beach. They make rounds 24/7 on the premises ensure the property and vehicles are safe, which can be difficult to find in many other resorts. We walked to Pineapple Willie’s nearly every day. The proximity to Pineapple Willie’s is close enough to walk, but far enough where you will not get the crowd spill over from the popular restaurant. The Beach shops across the street are also second to none. Condo owners were extremely responsive if we had any questions at all! Don’t think twice about booking this unit, we will be back and will stay in this unit or the 2 room unit this property owner has. Top notch !

Amazing Condo, Beautiful Location

This condo was plenty big enough for our family of six. Somehow it was actually bigger than it looked in the pictures which is usually not the case. The main pool area was awesome and so was the beach. The included beach chairs and umbrella were a nice surprise as well! Theres plenty of shopping and restaurants close by as well. This place was as close to perfect as we could ask for! The only issues we had were some elevator issues (which are tue buildings issues, not the condo), and we had a leak from one of our showers into the downstairs unit that prevented us from using it for a couple days. Other than that, this one was spot on.

Family Spring Beach Break 2023

Our family of 6, four adults, a three-year-old and a ten-month-old, stayed in this condo (Long Beach Resort #701) March 11 – 18, 2023. This condo worked very well for us, with three large bedrooms we had enough room for all the adults and the kids. The condo has unobstructed oceanfront views, very nice balcony chairs & tables made being on the balcony very comfortable. The condo was clean and very convenient to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment venues. Kitchen is well stocked, so it has most of what you need for meals and has a good quantity of towels/linens. There was always ample parking just steps from the front door of the building. Elevators are fast, never had to wait more than a few seconds. Beach is a few steps from the unit and has soft white sand and clear water. If you enjoy walking the beach, as I do, there are literally miles of beach to walk. Pools are great, it was a little cool during our stay, so we appreciated the smaller heated pool. Joe & Kathleen are easy to work with, very responsive to my questions and emails from the initial booking process through our stay. We stayed in March during the college spring break season, most of the college activity was in front of Pineapple Willy’s. The beach in front of the Long Beach Resort was the least crowded and mostly families. During a couple of nights, we did hear some loud noise in the middle of the night, but it didn’t last long and was not too disruptive for us.

Definitely will be back!

This was our second time staying at this condo and we will definitely come back. I love how big it is and it also has two master suites which I feel is hard to find. If you don’t feel like getting out, you can grab lunch at The Hangout that’s located at the main pool area. You’re also in walking distance of stores!

Beautiful Condo!

The condo was absolutely beautiful! The views can not be topped. Everything was so nice and clean! You can walk to Walmart, surf style, Waffle House, coyote ugly, and much more! I felt very safe being on a gated property! Luggage carts are provided for ease of transporting your things to and from the room. Elevator is super fast! Two beach chairs and a umbrella being provided everyday was also a plus! Most days our neighbors would leave their chairs and tell us to use them so we had even more. The beach is private and was not crowded at all. I don’t think I could stay at a public beach again after staying here!

BEST EVER VACATION

We absolutely loved our stay here. The condo was beautiful and we loved that all the bedrooms had a view of the ocean. The location of the condo was perfect. Loved the idea it was in a gated community because we didn’t have to worry about our vehicles. The time of year was perfect for us, it was not crowded at all. Never once was the elevator full. The pool was a huge hit with us, we loved the way it was set up. We enjoyed the bar and music, the bar tender by far was the nicest person! My most favorite was the long windows in the rooms, nothing blocking the view to the ocean. You could lay on the bed and look directly at the ocean and relax. The owners are amazing and answered any questions in a timely matter. I will definitely be going back to this condo for sure. My entire family said this was the BEST vacation they’ve had in PCB.

Family Vacation 2022

My husband and I and our daughter, her husband and 2 grandsons age 2 1/2 and 1, and our other daughter and her fiance stayed in this well laid out condo the week of July 23rd to July 30th. This condo is decorated beautifully! The lay out of the rooms and beds was perfect for our family. The views of the ocean and beach are beautiful from every room! Joe and Kathleen are Amazing people to work with and were very helpful every step of the way! We give this condo and it's owners 5 stars! Excellent in every way! The private beach was less crowded and more family friendly than others we have been to. The condo is conveniently located close to many great restaurants and attractions. We will definitely be back!

We have owned 9 condos over past 17 years. We have two 3 bedrooms. We live in Atlanta area and try and visit PCB as many times as we can during the year. Love the area, people and accommodations.. Many great towns to visit, from those on 30A to Destin.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We have two 3 bedroom condos at Long Beach because and we absolutely love the floor plans and size of bedrooms/baths and living areas. We don't know any other complex in PCB where all bedrooms have balcony access and ocean views. And the management at Long Beach is wonderful to work with. Great amenities also.
