Great Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful condo and love facility.. we just were without a dryer the whole time but management company reimbursed us for clothes laundered...very inconvenient though but property was wonderful.

We understand that not having access to all the appliances can be frustrating and do our best to perform these repairs as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, in this circumstance, a part needed to be special ordered in order to make the repair. We wish you luck in the future.

The room was very clean and the kitchen was amazing. Our favorite part was the view of the beach and the pool. We really enjoyed staying here and the location was also very convenient and next to stores like Walmart and a gas station. The number of rooms and bathrooms was perfect for our family of four.

I stayed 3 nights. My only issue is the ELEVATOR WAIT TIME! It’s ridiculous. Other than that, the condo looks just like the pictures & it was an amazing stay.The place was super clean, which is very important to me when staying places

This condo was perfect for our beach trip! The only downside was the cleanliness of the bedding, floors and bathtub. There were clear stains on the bedding, things on the carpet and lots of hair in the bath drain. We understand the speed in which the cleaning crew has to work, so we dealt with it. There were also only 1 trash bag per can (not 2) and very little silverware. The girls loved the resort, and the condo was spacious for all of us.

The condo was perfect for the 6 of us (which included a 4 and 5 year old). Nice size kitchen with beautiful counter. Perfect table for dining. Great wrap around patio with awesome table and chairs. Great view of gulf and Pier Park!

Spring Break

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we had a great experience and the condo was perfect and so were the finishes! Property management was very good with contacting us back when we had some issues. The condo was the standard clean but definitely needs to be deep cleaned. Highly recommended Four Star Condo Services and will rent from them again!

The condo was nice and clean. We loved the pool and easy access to the beach. Having a snack bar was convenient. It was also located close to a lot of restaurants and activities. The elevator was a little slow at times due to the number of people using them and the garage was tight but other than that this was a perfect place to stay.

The unit is lovely! It is clean, comfortable, and has tasteful “beachy” decor! We had plenty of space for my husband and myself, my parents, and my two children. I’m terrified of heights, so staying on the 20th floor was an adjustment!

Perfect for our Family

Our stay was great. Wanted to let you know that when we got to room there was a little hiccup. The parking pass was not there and had to get a temporary. Also, no dustpan so I was unable to sweep up all the sand. Sorry!

Everything was great except the elevator.

The only issue was that the entire time we were there 5 days, there was only one elevator that worked. We had a disabled adult who couldn’t do stairs, and an infant. We were on the 20th floor. We spent more time waiting on elevators than having fun.
